Bruno Gurgel, president and proprietor greeted us along with his secretary Ms. Michele Costa. Instant feelings of comfort put us right at ease. We were looking to redo our 19 year old bathrooms and wanted to start with vanity's for our master and guest bathrooms. Bruno gave us some ideas, showed an array of wood styles, finishes, hardware and countertops and gave us a basic estimate with the measurements we provided. We picked out what we wanted with help from Mr. Gurgel and set up for him to come to our home and take measurements. Soon thereafter we were very pleased with the estimate and gave the go ahead. I must say that each tradesman that came to our home was totally professional showed pride with their workmanship, cleanliness and personality. Their was absolutely no delay between the tradesman, as each finished they would ask for my approval before leaving. They would thoroughly clean the work area and thank us before leaving. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. I would absolutely recommend Rasin and plan to use him again in the near future!

Bottom line: withhold some payment until you are completely satisfied and all work is complete. I did not. Also, we used a GC brought to the table by this company who I can not recommend. He was clueless most of time and definitely sub-par. This GC brought an electrician to the job who was nice and reasonable but left with one of the lights only working intermittently and now won't take my calls since he too was paid.
