I purchased LVP flooring from this company to replace laminate flooring that was damaged after a roofing project went wrong at our HOA condo. Since I live out of state, coordination was especially important, and the entire process was handled very smoothly. We were able to take advantage of a sale and placed a deposit for the order. Communication was clear and consistent, and scheduling installation was easy. The only unexpected issue was that the cement subfloor had not been properly leveled when the previous laminate floor was installed. It required a significant amount of leveling concrete, which added $2,865 to the project. To their credit, the possibility of this additional expense was clearly explained well before installation. I hoped for the best, but it simply didn't work out in my favor. This was not the fault of the company or the installers. We were told installation would take four days, but the crew completed the job in just two. The three installers were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They kept the work area tidy, managed materials and debris responsibly, and handled moving heavy furniture without issue. The finished floor looks beautiful and the quality of the installation is excellent. I am very pleased with the results and with how smoothly everything came together, especially while coordinating repairs from out of state after the water damage. I would absolutely consider using them again for future flooring needs. Easy 5 stars.

So that's how this company earned my business, but unfortunately the operation is nothing of what it was. I did most of the research myself, a little help from Jeremy and he followed up a few times prior to decision and deposit. Day I went to give deposit Jeremy was off,id asked the manager Gabriel if it would affect his commission and I can come back when he's in. Gabriel said he could sign me up and it wouldn't take from Jeremy's sale. Gave 3k deposit and was told I should be contacted within a couple weeks by install manager Mark. Also I ordered their stores products because the timeliness was supposedly better with local materials. I never got a follow up from Jeremy about starting job ,actually called him almost 2 weeks after deposit and asked why I haven't had install schedule call as of yet..even just to contact me and say they are busy,6 weeks out,something Was told he didn't have all materials and should next week. I was told store materials are not a long wait by him and Gabriel. So another week goes..no call..so i call Jeremy and he said Mark has all materials an will be calling by Friday..another week..no call from anyone..call Jeremy again, said he'd have Mark call me..2 days later got call. Schedule install,take dogs to boarding,empty house and ready to go. Installation upon inspection is atrocious. Gaps where floor wasn't leveled, but was charged for it, 1/4 round not attached, just leaning against cabinets, cabinet cracked badly, trim not reinstalled in areas. Broke plumbing lines in bathroom and didn't say anything about it. There's more but this is already way long . So i sent Jeremy email with pictures of my concerns. Said he would forward to install manager, the one who didn't call before job. This was a week ago and I still have heard nothing from install, sales,or manager..such a disappointment for a working guy to spend good money with a company I had worked with before to be this unprofessional and incompetent. Im a tradesman in a customer service job also and can't believe id find employment if I operated the way the people i interacted with at this company. Id recommend trying another company
