Dr Enaya has always been thorough in his work, dependable, honest and most importantly has provided quality work! I've watched this practice grow because of his dedication to his patients and in providing them the best care possible! They initially offered family dentistry only but now they also offer cosmetic and orthodontic care dentistry! Teeth whitening, implants,lava crowns and bridges are just a few things they offer in addition to exceptional dental care! Geri and Marissa greet everyone, are professional and pleasant! They work with everyone on scheduling and billing. There are never any surprises with billing as you are told up front the costs of your care with or without dental coverage! Care credit is accepted here! I refer my family members here and even friends as I trust this practice for my dental care without any concerns or apprehension!

They charged my insurance $1500 for the invisaline & a couple weeks later said I needed to get braces again because they accused me of not wearing the invisaline daily. I knew from the beginning that I would have been just fine with a replacement for the original retainer but went with their judgment. And now I need to go to another dentist to fix my slight teeth problem. Not to self: if they know you have good insurance that covers these costs they'll run up that tab and charge the insurance. Even for cleanings they charge the insurance $200 when the cost is literally only $74. On the receipt they show they have to do x-rays before cleaning & I had no x-ray done.

Everyone got treated like cattle here. This type of care is why people develop dental fear. The absolute lack of care and explanations, the rushing, the dismissive words, the ignorance, the total disregard. Staff here needs training in bedside manner ASAP. People with medi-cal don't deserve to be treated this poorly. Go elsewhere. All they managed to do is yank my tooth, hurt me, and reinforce the reason why people like me avoid the dentists at all costs. AVOID.

The dental assistants are pleasent and have real conversations with you as they actually care and the two dentists here are brilliant at what they do. They kept me out if pain as much as possible and fixed the mistake of another dentist. Furthermore, I do not have dental insurance and they were fabulous in regards to accepting cash payments and not making me feel like a second class patient. He was 35 minutes late getting me back, then after another 30 minutes and 3 shots of Novocaine he said he'd have to reschedule me because it was taking too long to get me numb. mmmkay. Third appointment I waited 30 minutes after the start time before asking the receptionist to check when they would be out. She came back a minute later and said "I couldn't get an answer, they're both so busy." In reply I said, "that's ok, I'll..." at which point she cut me off to answer the phone. You know who else is busy? 95% of your clients. So I walked out and am in the process of searching for a new dentist to fill the partially drilled-out hole the dentist left in my mouth the second visit. I deserve to be treated with some base level of respect and unfortunately they were not able or willing to do that. I have to note, there is a certain charm to doctors who just care so much about helping every patient that they will spend as much time as it takes to get everything resolved in one visit, so I could almost understand being late to every appointment if that were true. But the fact he came late to an appointment and then kicked me out before performing services and after I wasted my afternoon because, in his words "I've already spent too much time" shows me that is not the case.

But today I got a call from Kristy and she was the most disrespectful person I ever talked to !!!!! Let me start off by her telling me I owe $175. Ok no problem what for ? Charges from my last appointment. I haven't been since December and that day I literally paid my balance I owed using cash and card. She told me they had no history of a cash payment and pressured that on me. Ok so if I handed over cash and you have no history of that what am I supposed to assume? I thought maybe someone pocketed my money and with a rude tone she said "THATS A ROUGH ACCUSATION TO ASSUME !!!!" What am I supposed to think ?!?! Then she finds the cash transaction and tells me rudely, "Well it doesn't matter because you still owe $75." Then tells me more information about my account with a stank attitude that I confirmed was incorrect. And when I asked her again how much I owe and what for she changed up her story and said I've accrued $175 over time. How do you accrue a balance if you haven't been there in 4 months and paid it the last time you were there ?!? Her attitude was so awful to the point where your going to lose our business. Whoever hired Kristy obviously had no sense of a good customer service professional.

My husband was told that he has periodontal disease and needed $2700 worth of work and they would not clean his teeth before this was taken care of. This morning we went to another dentist in another city and was told his teeth look fine, and there were no problems. He was told that sometime in the future he needed a new crown which he was already aware of. To have this kind of a business that is basically scam artists is a very sad thing. They should be shut down by better business bureau.

I'm a baby when it comes to my teeth but Dr. Workne is very experienced and gave me the best treatment I could ask for and referred me to a great Endodontist for my difficult root canal. Dr. Hilder is an excellent dentist…read more I've been going to him for years and he provides good care. He knows his field and is well educated about dentistry. Hilder repaired one of my lower front teeth and my daughter's front (upper) tooth. We both look great :-) and so do our teeth. More importantly, we have healthy teeth. Dr. Hilder is honest. He will not overcharge his patients or tell them they need something that they do not need. Sometimes it seems as if medical care and dentistry professionals are sales people. Hilder is not. He's a good guy.

Today is day 3 and my mouth is still raw. I have never experienced inattentive professionals before this.
