Not only was it a difficult experience to get a hold of them and book an appointment when we did they did not show. What's frustrating is we made sure to haul our trash outside our house the day before to make sure it was easier for them to pick up. Booked another one a week and a half later while our trash sat outside waiting for them. Not only did I book a day off of work to make sure someone would be home when they came the 2nd time they did not show again. Both times we had to get a hold of them and ask them when and if they were even coming. The man was unapologetic and never called back when he said he would so we cancelled the groupon entirely and now finding a more reliable and professional company to work with.
