I recently hired Kulpreet with Trifecta for a mid sized complete front yard make over including widening the driveway and creating and additional driveway to the rear of the house for RV parking with "grass grid" style paving stones, Additional work included installing drainage and garden retaining wall. Kulpreet had a firm understanding of the product, local regulations, proper installation practices, pricing was on par with competitors and he had a great vision for the complete rework of my front yard. Work was completed in a timely fashion given the high amount of weather related delays. Shortly after the job was complete; cracking of paving stones developed with minimal use. My garden had a large number of timbers that needed replacing. Kulpreet was professional right from the first contact. He arrived at scheduled times and kept me in the loop as the job progressed. The initial quote was clear and laid out potential increases that could be expected if additional timbers below grade were found to be rotten. After the job began, it became evident that the adjacent deck needed work to address insect damage. Additionally, an existing patio was experiencing drainage issues over the winter and it was agreed that exploring additional drainage would be a good idea. What I loved about Trifecta and Kulpreet was the timely response, unique design and ideas for that small space. We had to contract another rooter as the remains of the tree were too big and at that point when the stump was not possible to be removed with the second machine (subcontractor) he offered another option that kept us in the budget. His design has been a show stopper and people around us are impressed. We love the design and accesability of our front yard. Kulpreet and team are absolutely awesome! We replaced our existing concrete slab patio with bricks, also extending it quite a bit more to create more outdoor living space. They removed a hedge and replanted part of it along our fence. They also helped removed quite a bit of random debris from our yard.
