We were moving out of our rental and into a house that we purchased. I needed to get as much of my deposit back as possible. We are a family and also have pets, so although I feel like I keep a clean home, the years of grime had built up and I was too busy getting the new house ready to spend hours and hours cleaning the old place. I contacted Rockstar and got a quote that was less than other companies I had contacted. She had a few good reviews and she was very responsive, so I booked with her. Well cleaning day came, and Candice showed up on time and ready to go. She spent hours cleaning everything from top to bottom to help us get our deposit back. The house looks great. And she didn't bait and switch! She stuck to her original quoted price. So refreshing to be able to count on someone. Thanks, Candi!

She called back and I explained my circumstances and needs. A deep cleaning to start, and maintenance cleaning going forward. Lauren and her team arrived on time and were courteous and attentive. A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. This will definitely be my go-to from now on when I need a little extra help.

Alex (female, owner of company, and is actually the person on the website!) was present and so friendly and I was easily able to explain what I wanted her and her team to focus on, or give any special requests. The house hasn't been really cleaned in a loooong time, so needless to say, there was gook and grime, cobwebs and layers of dust. They took care of it all!!! Because of allergies and I'm super pregnant and sensitive, I asked her if she had anything that wasn't too smelly or chemically to use while cleaning. She just left and I swear it smells like a light breath mint in the air! Yay! Their prices are really fair compared to the 5 other companies I inquired in the area. She also happens to be EXTRA responsive to my texts. I'm already looking at my calendar for the next time she can come. Thank you so much Alex for squeezing me in and taking such good care of the house!
