Update: I've noticed that my review is currently listed as both recommended and not recommended…read more What's with that? Of course there is no way to contact Yelp to find out why they have labeled me this way. I'm very disappointed in Yelp and I wonder whether I'm being treated this way cuz I gave bad reviews to a couple other businesses. But in any case, I LOVE Koehler! These folks are meticulous and the quality is outstanding. I've used them several times. The first time I shopped around comparing prices and they were very competitive. After that first time, I gave up shopping around because I was so happy with the quality of work that they did. So, I'm not current on how competitive they are pricewise. You'll have to find that out for yourself. However, as for the quality of work, all the books have been bound very securely. Our synagogue had quite a few JPS chumashm rebound several years ago and they are as good as new. In fact, our congregation has books rebound by these same bindery over 50 yrs ago and they are in terrific shape. I highly recommend these folks if you are concerned about quality.

The albums were a little different from each other to cater to our parents' aethestics and photos, and Ann did such a wonderful job that everybody was literally speechless when they opened up the albums. My father is the toughest person to buy for, and he said that it is the best present that he has ever received. I also have to give a shout out to how quickly she was able to turn these albums around. It usually takes longer to make the albums, but given the fact that we wanted to give the presents to our parents over the holidays, she was able to accommodate our ridiculous timing request. She finished the albums right on time and they opened their presents on Christmas morning! We focused on getting our parents' albums done first, and now we are working on picking out photos for our own album. We can't wait to see the finished product!
