From a person that thought Liz's program sounded kind of hokey and only half committed in the beginning, I still saw immediate tangible results. The single best thing I gained from working with Liz is the ability to make decisions from an empowered state. For too long, I allowed fear and other emotions to dictate my life, which meant I was living in a persistently reactive state instead of one of control. BE THE CONDUCTOR of your thought train. What I've learned from Liz and the Subconscious Restructuring program is that I'M in control of my thought process. That is an invaluable freedom that we can *all* have! Who'da thunk it, right? Lil ole me who's lived 40 years beating herself up and thinking her thoughts are right in what they say about her. You mean to tell me I can shut down those negative thought patterns and switch the rails to thoughts and behaviors that will help me? Ya darn tootin'. What a pleasure to have Liz as an instructor for the SR program and what a difference it has made in my life. I never knew that if i ask the right questions I will find the answers. I was skeptical and had a lot of questions before i started the program. She was very patient with me and made sure i felt comfortable.
