After claiming " beer was out " we found x6 24 packs under a table next to the bar . Why was it there and why wasn't it placed in the coolers or fridge ?! we brought plenty of ice to put all the beer to get cold . When we questioned it to the bartender her face went pale ~ she didn't know what to say . Later claimed " she didn't know it was there . At the end of the party we wanted to bring whatever alcohol was left . Again claimed nothing was left . When asked to see the cameras to verify alcohol that was in the room next to bar wasn't ours . The "owner" ( he wasn't the owner !) dodged the questioned . He got upset from us insisting and then brought x2 24 modela packs and threw it at us and said ~ " here takes those i'll give them to you just so you guys won't keep on crying saying they're your beers. How's that reaction not questionable. Pretty simple solution for him to just show us the camera to verify alcohol wasn't ours and that's it . But no. If you plan to rent this place just mark your alcohol ( ALL OF IT!!!) just so you won't have the same problem.

Communication has been inconsistent, and we've repeatedly been told things like "I'll look into it" or "I'll send it," without any follow-through. Two days ago we were told the deposit would be Zelled back to us, but we still haven't received it. It has now been over a month, and we're still waiting for resolution. We also went back and reviewed the contract to make sure we didn't misunderstand anything or miss any conditions, and everything on our end was followed properly, including cleaning up after ourselves. The full payment of nearly $1,800 was made on time, and at this point we are still waiting on a $250 deposit refund that hasn't been returned.
