Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! Also most screws are missing under hood that was not put back. Tacky work. God doesn't like ugly! AND For YELP TO NOT POST MY REVIEW FOR OTHERS TO BE SCAMMED IS VERY UN LAWFUL!

I asked about it and it wasn't the same seal that was took off (then why still install it and not tell me at that tiime?) I accepted responsibility for that and ordered the correct seal that was given to me by William. I was quoted $80-$100 for them to replace the seal with the correct one. Seal was ordered, the two came out replaced the incorrect one charged me $100 and it still leaked and had noticeable damage from banging. I communicated that to them, I got no response back for a week, so I requested $50 back since the problem wasn't fixed, still no answer. To make a long story short I took my vehicle to the dealership, I had to replace the seal again and the leak is no more and fixed. still haven't heard or received my $50 I requested from them.

If my vehicle were to break down directly in front of this shop, I would rather push it home in freezing, rainy conditions than ever bring another vehicle here again--including my bicycle. I brought my 1997 Honda Civic, which I drive daily, to this shop solely for an exhaust leak. At drop-off around 9:00 a.m., I clearly explained the vehicle's condition and specifically requested that they inspect and identify where the exhaust leak was coming from. While I am fully aware the car needs routine work due to its age, it did not have a Class III coolant leak prior to bringing it in. After calling for an update around 2:00 p.m., I was told--without explanation--that the vehicle had a bad coolant leak from the radiator and hoses. This was never an issue before. When I asked about the exhaust leak, I was told they would need to perform a pressure test at an additional cost. At this point, I was already frustrated, as the original concern had not even been addressed. I called again around 4:30 p.m. after receiving no follow-up, only to be told that they had found only the coolant leak. When I arrived in person after my vehicle had been there for seven hours, I was finally told, "Yes, you do have an exhaust leak, but we don't know where it's coming from." Let me be clear: The sole purpose of this visit was to locate the exhaust leak. After seven hours, that task was not completed. Instead, I left with a newly identified Class III coolant leak that now requires a radiator and hose replacement--an issue that did not exist before this visit. This was not my first negative experience with this shop. I previously gave them another chance after they mishandled repairs on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata, which ultimately had to be corrected by the dealership. This business does not diagnose customer concerns properly and appears to prioritize unnecessary or unrelated repairs. The experience felt less like professional automotive service and more like being upsold at the expense of the customer's trust. To put it simply: This is like going to a doctor for knee pain and being told you need a kidney transplant--only to be asked afterward if your knee still hurts. I'm taking my vehicle to Lane Auto, which I should of done in the first place. I strongly advise others: Do not take your vehicle here.

This has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with an Automotive shop. We came in here…read moreas a last resort when all of the RV service shops in the area seemed to turn us away (I think because they are packed due to memorial day weekend). We were able to work with James and he was extremely helpful in every way. He was able to get our Tow baseplate installed on our jeep in no time. I would highly recommend this shop for anything. Their customer service is outstanding and they did a speedy job for us. Not only did James do an excellent job with installing the baseplate and squaring us away with the electrical, but he came out to our motorhome and helped us connect up the tow bar. He then went back inside and looked up the proper towing procedures for our particular vehicle, came back out to tell us, and then helped us get everything setup right. Lastly, he followed us for about a mile to make sure that everything was working properly. He did all of this without being asked to do so. Curtis was our service manager, and I believe he had an appointment elsewhere when we arrived, but he took care of us and ensured that we were properly taken care of with the other gentlemen at the desk, prior to him departing for his appointment (I believe we may have cause him to be late, sorry, Curtis). I am amazed at the kind of culture of service that is bred into this shop. Every single person we interacted with was the embodiment of customer service. I must say our experience was beyond just customer service, it was more like "service for their fellow man". I very rarely write reviews for places, but I absolutely felt compelled to write this. Do not hesitate to take care of your automative needs at this place.

I was asked to take my vehicle unfinished as a courtesy because of the lateness of the day. A key fob was not working properly (it was not programmed properly at this shop). So, I know I got hosed, just will not recommend or go back.

At this point, if you decide to come to this establishment, don't even worry about making an appointment. I also received an automated reply on google reviews saying they were "thrilled I had a great experience." That alone shows the level of attention given to customer feedback. Did anyone actually read the review? Because nothing about my experience was great. Sending a generic automated response instead of addressing the actual issue only reinforces the lack of care and professionalism. If a business can't take the time to properly read and respond to customer concerns, it makes it hard to believe they value the customers who support them.
