They will give you an estimate for price, but also time and they are very good on the time they say it will take. I took my Nissan Versa there for repairs and they were quick. Had a bit of a squeaky belt for about a week, but it stopped and haven't heard it since. They did have to fix an issue with the compressor when they put on the wrong one for my Versa because the model year had two different compressors. They fixed it without additional costs. I would say their pricing is fair as well. Best thing is the turn around time. Flow Nissan and Firestone always took forever so I tried Black's and decided they are now my go to for service.
