I have never been there myself, since we don't have a pool. We were there sometime last week around 3pm. It was an interesting place to be at. Was approached by an employee named Antonine. He was great in every way. What we both liked was his patience, and how helpful he was with us. She needed to buy some floaters, because her kids are taking swimming lessons, and they have to feel safe inside the pool. She also purchased some chemicals like chlorine and needed for them to check the temperature of the pool for a free cleaner inspection. Antonine gave her an appointment for the following week and showed up in front of her house 10 minutes early. They sell accessories, chemicals of all types, floats, cleaner equipment, and toys. A lot of the items in the store were like 50% off. Store can be renovated/remodeled. Needs a paint job or something. But it's still holding on. It was a clean, standard size store; and was fully stocked and employees were very helpful. If and when I buy a house, and decide to have a pool, I will definitely use their services in a heartbeat! Thank you all very much.

He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

We got quotes from several pool remodeling companies and Smart Swim came in right in the middle. We are strong believers on "you get what you pay for," and opted to go with them even though they were not the cheapest. From beginning to end, the guys at Smart Swim were easy to work with and truly wanted our project to come out great. After 30 years, it was time for our pool to have a remodel! Through the remodel, it was uncovered that we had many severe leaks, down to the rebar that needed to be fixed in some areas. Sam was great at making sure we understood the severity and that we were okay with any new costs that needed to be added. Not only did they do our pool, but also installed turf by the pool area and put pavers all around the pool and yard area. We also got the new gray gate installed from them as well, to replace the wooden fence in the yard (between the pool). **Noting that the perimeter wall/wooden top was painted black and sanded/stained by a different company. We truly appreciate their hard work and even when we had an immediate death in the family during their time working on our project, they were very respectful and gave us some space as needed.
