We were very, very impressed and fell in love with multiple items right away. This place is definitely worth a stop. Great selection and very reasonable prices.

The store is gorgeous with some of the most unique and beautiful antiques I've seen anywhere. No junking here. But her prices are amazing! It's not a stuffy store at all. If I had not been flying back to Texas I would have spent 5 times more on some very unique items that I simply loved. It's a must see spot if you really want some gorgeous things at great prices. Say hi to Bentley and Bella, the furry supervisors. You will love it!

I'm not sure what this place is. The place is absolutely packed with rugs, jewelery, lights, stationary and endless little weird things. In fact everything in this place is weird. Sometimes just a little strange but still not quite right. The store smells strange although not in a bad way and even the people that work there are strange but in a extremely nice and friendly way. They sure love to talk. It's almost as if they don't really care if you buy anything they just want you to appreciate the strangeness of it all. My wife end up talking to a woman who works there about all types of strange and bizarre things for quite a while. I've never seen a store quite like this. Everything is strange, bizarre and not quite right but all in a very friendly and attractive way.

She has always told me about how great the store is and how wonderful their products are. From what I can tell from their website, they carry a little bit of everything from seasonal items to household goods and appliances and all types of food items. They carry a large selection of their own brand of specialty foods. In my gift box, I received some of Stonewall Kitchen's Flatbread Crisps, Artichoke Spinach Dip Mix, Roasted Garlic Onion Dip Mix, Sun-Dried Tomato Olive Spread, Holiday Jam, and Maine Maple Champagne Mustard. So far, I have eaten all the Flatbread crisps with some of the Roasted Garlic Onion Dip Mix and with some of the Tomato Olive Spread. They were all delicious. I could have eaten the whole bowl of the Roasted Garlic Onion Dip Mix I prepared. It was so good! I also received a cute dish towel with a map of Maine and 2012 calendar and a great book, "Food Lover's Companion." I am very lucky to have been introduced to the neat things they have at this store. I hope someday to visit Maine soon and venture into an actual company store location for myself. In the meantime, I can order from their website at http://www.stonewallkitchen.com/

Stonewall Kitchen Camden has always been a destination for me everytime I visit Maine in the…read moresummers. I usually stock-up on products, spend several hundred dollars and either take them with me in the car or ship them home to New Jersey AND get complimentary shipping. This trip, I flew and was prepared to shop a big order & have it shipped home. When I inquired of the sales person about shipping charges, (a regular employee) I was told that I would have to pay shipping-regardless of what I spent. When I advised the clerk that I always got free shipping(based on the money I spent in the store) he/she advised me that he's only a cashier and that's the rules. I advised him that I could go on-line, get free shipping and not support this store. As I was leaving, I heard derogatory remarks being mumbled from the associate. As a retail executive, I don't know of any retail store that would turn away a large sale over principal do you?

On top of all this, my favorite thing in the world, an owner and staff who love where they work and what they sell. They know what they're talking about when they describe their supplies and were incredibly helpful with problem-solving and idea generation. Never felt like I was being given a pitch or pressured. They only have the best supplies. This is what it takes to make a great store and these people have it in spades. Finally, they have the sweetest dog in all creation (Anna) who loves to be gently pet. So, you can get a little pet therapy while you're there too.
