He was incredibly organized, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire process. During our visit, Jay showed us a wide range of properties in a very short amount of time, while staying accurate and attentive to what we were looking for. Even when unforeseen issues came up with the sale of our apartment in New York, Jay was supportive and proactive in helping us secure our Miami apartment and make everything come together. We highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated real estate agent in Miami.

She omitted in the lease 2 additional deposits that the building's HOA requires, which we found out after we signed the lease. The apartment was handed over in very bad condition, with even a hole in one of the walls. It was also not cleaned properly, with the windows and glass doors extremely dirty. She wasn't even present to hand over the keys and do a proper walkthrough with us. When we contacted her about these issues her response was extremely insolent stating that the apartment came as is, then proceeded to harass us to sign the walkthrough inspection form which she wasn't even present for. We are planning on buying once our lease is up, but sadly because realtors like Sarit, we would never use or recommend KW Capital/Real State.

We needed a broker who could move quickly, think strategically, and execute flawlessly under pressure -- and Eric exceeded every expectation. From day one, he implemented precise, targeted marketing that immediately repositioned our listing. Leveraging his strong network, he generated serious traffic right away. Within days of going live, we sourced multiple buyer offers -- and ultimately closed in under 30 days. Eric's negotiation strategies were sharp and deliberate. He didn't just bring us offers -- he brought us leverage. His responsiveness, swift action-taking, and consistent feedback kept momentum high and timelines tight. We placed extremely aggressive deadlines in front of him, and he delivered without hesitation. Beyond the transaction itself, Eric went above and beyond to help us tie up loose ends on project completion so we could get to the closing table smoothly. He operates as a true team player -- collaborative, solutions-oriented, and relentlessly professional. What sets Eric apart most is his passionate accountability. He owns his work. He follows through. He treats your investment as if it were his own. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I look forward to partnering with him again on future projects.

They do not train their new agents and do not guide them through transactions. George Canciobello has very BAD ethics as a Broker for such a big Realty Co. I have all the text messages to prove all this. The last thing he did was after my deal closed with the client and the other realtor involved and money orders were done out to Lifestyle International Realty as per his text he then tells me to go to bank and deposit which I have NO CLUE what bank he banks with then he tells me later that I need to find another broker to put that deal through because I no longer work there (mind you this was hours after deal closed and money orders were made payable to his company as per his text messages. He obviously doesn't care about his agents or his ethics with the way he should perform business but I do care about my Lic and will abide by the real estate laws. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALLL. George Canciobello you should drop your ego and never let it take your emotions to were your ethics are not that of a broker. I really hope no one has to go through what I did. Social media doesn't make you professional its all show. It's funny how he told you his agents bedside manners were bad yet here he is doing the same or worse to his own agents. And its not bed side manners he probably meant to say his agents ethics as per the real estate law were bad. You should of reported them as a consumer for bad ethics.

Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
