So be prepared to be insulted if he is on duty or avoid the place and find somewhere that knows how to treat and respect customers.Unfortunately dogs can't talk so don't know what they make of him!!!!! Recomend a course in Customer Relations for Mr Bidgood before he frightens off all their customers

Jacqui looked after our little rescue dog for a few nights just a month after we rescued him. We…read morewere worried about how it would go but what can I say, Jacqui has worked a miracle. The timid little dog has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence and his behaviour with other dogs. Jacqui told us in her professional opinion that he could be walked off the lead and she was right. She sent us loads of video and told us how she managed him off the lead. His recall is brilliant and we've worked on the building blocks she gave us. He even eats better now. I can't thank Jacqui enough for the love and care she showed him and for the confidence she has given us. We will continue with the work she started and are eternally grateful.

My fluffy dog is like a member of the family so leaving him here would be like locking my cousin in a cage. That being said, the staff were very good at calming my aunt down in her rather fragile state. The week was long not only for her, but Dougal the little yorkshire terrier too. He was ecstatic to see us again when we picked him up, although a bit thin but thats just a side affect of a broken heart from the little dude who refuses to eat until he has his mum back. Aww.
