My aunt left her dog in here for a week once, and left with a lot of tears. It is so difficult to leave your pet, I don't even know if I would be able to do it. My fluffy dog is like a member of the family so leaving him here would be like locking my cousin in a cage.
That being said, the staff were very good at calming my aunt down in her rather fragile state. The week was long not only for her, but Dougal the little yorkshire terrier too. He was ecstatic to see us again when we picked him up, although a bit thin but thats just a side affect of a broken heart from the little dude who refuses to eat until he has his mum back. Aww.
