The timid little dog has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence and his behaviour with other dogs. Jacqui told us in her professional opinion that he could be walked off the lead and she was right. She sent us loads of video and told us how she managed him off the lead. His recall is brilliant and we've worked on the building blocks she gave us. He even eats better now. Since that first trip, Anna has indeed been my go-to cat sitter. The girls love her, she handles their finicky (and pretty gross) raw food like a pro, heck - she even vacuumed my house last time she was in! They had also done very little to find him (apart from look in the ceiling).
