The timid little dog has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence and his behaviour with other dogs. Jacqui told us in her professional opinion that he could be walked off the lead and she was right. She sent us loads of video and told us how she managed him off the lead. His recall is brilliant and we've worked on the building blocks she gave us. He even eats better now. The girls love her, she handles their finicky (and pretty gross) raw food like a pro, heck - she even vacuumed my house last time she was in! It was only when my friend called the cattery to make inquiries that they told her (more than a week after he had gone missing) that the cat was in fact lost! They had also done very little to find him (apart from look in the ceiling). My friend has had to return from her holiday early in order to undertake the heartbreaking task of trying to find her beloved cat.
