Age, you know. After a sleepless night spent unable to stand/sit/squat/bend and move in general, I called Sudbury Family and was given an afternoon appointment. But when I said it was an emergency, they said the doc could see me immediately. The doctor was even willing to see me on his day off if I was in great pain. Doc Bob takes his time explaining details to a layman like me and wasn't impatient when I ask obvious questions. More importantly, he was able to help the pain! This was the first time I've visited a chiropractor. Thought I entered a skeptic, I left convinced and amazed. Having my joints cracked a few times now seem essential. I do think the service is very important. It was important to me that when I needed help, they helped, and fast. There are a few other chiropractors in Sudbury and I haven't tried them yet, but I'm really happy and grateful I found this place when I did. (happy face)

This woman has x-ray fingers, phenomenal expertise and a heart of gold. The week of the coronavirus shutdown, as I was beginning physical therapy with Carolyn for relatively minor lower back issues, I had an accident and severely injured my shoulder. Unable to get an MRI or a medical diagnosis because of the shutdown of all "elective" procedures, I turned to Carolyn for help. She accurately diagnosed the problem as a torn rotator cuff with involvement and possible tearing of my bicep. While her practice essentially shut down for months, Carolyn took advantage of her essential service status to guide me through a 6-month course of physical therapy to keep my shoulder from freezing up and becoming inoperable. It was very difficult to maintain the motivation to continue daily, somewhat painful 90-minute PT sessions every morning for 6 months, especially since the goal was not to get better but merely to keep from getting worse. But Carolyn kept me going, disinfecting the office specially for me and maintaining safe protocols in order to continue seeing me weekly and sometimes twice a week -- encouraging me, challenging me, caring about me and for me. When I finally saw a surgeon, he said that it was only because of the on-going physical therapy that I was even a candidate for surgery so long after the injury. I had the surgery almost 6 months to the day after the accident and Carolyn is now guiding me through what will be a lengthy recovery. I have all the faith in the world that she will get me through it and I encourage anyone in need of physical therapy to call her. You won't do better anywhere.X-ray fingers

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, they just care about your money, cuz not even having the decency or the interest of talking to a person that MIGHT OR MIGHTNOT need their help speaks VOLUMES, they just see y'all as MONEY. They do not care if you feel good or bad, just as long you are a paycheck. - UPDATE ON MY PREVIEWS REVIEW THEY REPPLIED - pay special attention to their response - OUR CURRENT/PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS (so basically, if you are not a paycheck or potential paycheck they are not proud to help) . Again they just care about getting your money, if you don't call begging to be seeing and waving money they will be rude and hung up on you, they're not even sorry, and NO the call did not dropped/tech issue cuz I called twice already, no confussion either lol.. can you even be a human being and just say. YEAH we don;t like to give out info or smntg like that?.

I could not even turn around in bed because of the paralyzing pain, it felt like a nerve was exposed and pinched. The sciatic pain affected my ability to function in daily activities and especially at night. I knew I needed to see someone about it to get some relief from the pain. I decided to see a chiropractor since I did not want to have surgery or take drugs which would've been my last resort. I went to see Dr. Todd Whittemore at Stow Chiropractic to treat my sciatic pain. He performed tests such as an X-ray and EMG scan to determine what was causing the pain, assess my condition, and get to the root cause. With these tests, he was able to devise a personalize action plan to treat my sciatic pain and back. When I started the treatments, I was feeling much better. My pain level was no longer excruciating and I finally felt relief and improved each time I saw him. I am able to sleep better at night, function better during the day with more energy. Previously, I went to another chiropractor near my home in Sudbury, MA before I saw Dr. Todd Whittemore at Stow Chiropractic. The previous chiropractor was not effective in addressing my sciatic pain and I felt worse than when I started. Afterwards, based on a referral, I went to see Dr. Todd Whittemore at Stow Chiropractic who has great reviews online and a very informative website; he is very effective in addressing my sciatica and back issues. I've learned from experience that not all chiropractors are the same and so glad I did not give up my search for the right one. Dr. Todd Whittemore is excellent and can quickly address the areas that need treatment. Also, he is professional, personable, and kind. Dr. Todd Whittemore makes you feel at ease when you talk with him about your health issues and listens; he is always willing to assist to improve your overall health. The Stow Chiropractic office is modernized, state-of-the-art, comfortable and clean. Melissa, the office manager and staff are friendly and helpful. If you need a great chiropractor, I would highly recommend Dr. Todd Whittemore at Stow Chiropractic.
