Today, after an hour passed (7:00 pm), again, we had a no-show from this company. I sent a message to Kurt... now two hours have passed, and I've heard nothing from them. Moving on... sad. It was horrible. They would come after noon and then stay until after dark, usung flashlights. It was insane. On the 8th day I told them no more, it had to be done. Then they tried to charge me another 1k. When I said no they slowed to a crawl. Finally my daughter had to drive up from the city and help me run them off and then we had to finish the job ourselves. Later my neighbors told me they saw them doing drugs in their cars and I dont doubt it. In the end, I thought the entire debacle was a scam to get more money out of me.

They refused to fix an installation that failed and caused additional approximately $5000 damage (and counting) to our house. They left our house with an open sewage water pipe since they did not want to touch anything and that it was not their fault. We have two children, wet insulation and accumulated damage. The owner never called us or came to check on the installation. They claim it's not their fault just based on the photographs. Their manager yelled and treated us horribly. We don't want anyone else to go through what we are going through.

We had been getting a few bids on a repairing the foundation of our house and this company stands out as the most unprofessional of the different companies that we had worked with. To be honest, we weren't intending to reach out to them for an estimate because the previous reviews were so sketchy and similar. The woman from the company who called us to schedule the estimate didn't even give us her name or company name (for more than one call), so we weren't even sure whom we were speaking to. She also didn't seem to know which company name they were even going under (apparently they also go by MB Vistas or MB Vista). She also didn't want to give us an exact time for the estimate because the guy who presumably was coming out to do the estimate "doesn't like to be pegged down" to a time. When they came out to do the estimate, it was just some random dude that came. He didn't introduce himself, he didn't give his name or the company's name until we asked for it. He didn't have a company shirt on or anything to identify that he was part of this company. We basically had to ask probing questions to figure out who we were letting into our house. With the other foundation repair companies we've had come in, we've had structural engineers/employees come out, do a whole bunch of measurements, get in our crawl space, give us a diagnosis about our foundation issues and what we need to get our foundation either repaired or stabilized. Based on our conversation with the employee who came out to our house from this company, it seemed like he had no foundation repair knowledge as the "main guy" was on the phone telling him what photos to take of our walls/foundation. I'm not exactly sure how a someone is supposed to properly diagnose foundation problems remotely. Unfortunately, this company seemed like a front and it really felt like our place was being cased. It's been a week and they haven't told us when we should expect an estimate and we still haven't received one. Legitimate or not, this company really doesn't instill any confidence in their professionalism, integrity, or expertise.
