I hired them to do the job. Every time it rains hard it leaks in the exact same spot that they were hired to repair. I called a couple of times and they sent someone out while I wasn't home and didn't speak English. Needless to say the roof leaks still. I've called several times since then but they have started ignoring me or claiming they will call right back never to be heard from again. I could sure use the 1000.00 I gave them to do the repairs. I went through several companies trying to find a good foundation repair company that serviced the Denver area and offered reasonable prices for reasonable methods of repair to repair my concrete foundation that has cracked and crumbled in many places. I finally found MB Vistas House Leveling and foundation repair and everything has went smooth since then. After House Leveling and foundation repair finished repairing my concrete foundation, the closing on the house went smooth, no water is leaking through the cracks like it was before and I also do not have my bank account drained after getting this done because their price was so reasonable and less than many other companies that offered the same methods of repair. House Leveling and foundation repair sealed all of our cracks in our concrete foundation with epoxy and they also install carbon fiber straps to keep the wall from ever shifting, bowing, settling or moving again. My great experience with House Leveling and foundation repair cannot be explained in just a few paragraphs so I will continue explaining my benefits I received such a structurally sound foundation wall, a stabilized foundation, a waterproof foundation wall, a solid structural continuity throughout the entire concrete foundation wall and much more. I would give them 10 Stars if it was an option. They give free estimates and very competitive rights all around Denver, Colorado and I have already got two other investors I'm connected with to call them and get estimates as well because I think they should experience a great service as well as having professionalism and most important thing of all is having a structurally sound foundation which is what House Leveling and foundation repair offers. House Leveling and foundation repair worked all day Sunday until 8 p.m. just so they could make sure they finished our job on time. Most foundation repair companies that I know are closed on the weekend, but House Leveling and foundation repair offers Services Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. which no other foundation repair company in Denver Colorado that I know of does. Mr. Estrada and his crew truly went above and beyond while working on my home. They thoroughly inspected my pier and beam home and clearly explained the repairs that were needed. During the inspection, they discovered a structural issue that I was completely unaware of. They noticed there was no support beam beneath one of my load bearing walls, which could have turned into a very costly repair in the future if it had gone unnoticed. They added the necessary support beam, reinforced a soft spot on my floor and leveled my home by raising and lowering areas as needed. The difference is incredible, and my home feels much more level and sturdy. Mr. Estrada was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. His crew was punctual, respectful and hardworking. It was obvious they genuinely cared about the quality of their work. I decided to call to see if they would offer some advice to someone in another state who needed some unbiased input on her mobile home leveling issues. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful offering his honest opinion on how to address my various issues and general pricing I should expect in my area. He was just finishing up a job so to take the time to address my many questions was so much appreciated. He invited me to call back if I had additional questions. So far they have leveled my double wide mobile home I own in Denver, they reinforced my basement wall on a house I have in Arvada and they repaired and sealed cracks on a crawlspace foundation I on a house I own in Aurora. Matt did a very nice job on our epoxy injection, crack repair inside and out and kicker installation. We initially contacted him and sent pictures. He gave us a phone quote. We had another company come out and give us a quote. Our work was under their minimum charge. They recommended we have a structural engineer do an inspection which we did. If your home is out of level it is usually due to the ground settling underneath the blocking or foundation of the home. Settling of soils can cause gaps between the foundation supports and the I-beams of the mobile home leading to cracks in walls, doors not closing properly or jamming even windows not working properly. After understanding that it was, indeed, true, I then became skeptic on the quality of their work (I just knew there was a catch somewhere), but I couldn't be happier with the quality of my new dream home! All it took was a phone call and everything started rolling from there. I spoke with Ms. Norma- whom I HIGHLY recommend! Ms. Norma was so warm, inviting and very knowledgeable. She took my information, and within minutes, she told me what floor plans I can choose from. The following day, I selected my floor plan (with the help of Ms. Norma's expertise). I must've contacted Ms. Norma over 13 times, each day, throughout the span of two weeks, but she never made me feel I was a bother. She was prompt, understanding, patient, and she made me feel as if I was her only customer. My entire experience with her was refreshing and assuring. After the selection of my house plan, I met Mrs. Kelly (secretary) and Mr. Terry (contractor). I was given a list of recommended stores to pick out the different features of my home- this part was so smooth it was unreal! When I went to the selected stores, they already knew who I was, my budget, and the selections were already within reach. This made picking out my doors, floors, paint, etc. a smooth experience. The professionalism from the staff and builders is outstanding. There's not a time where I called or emailed any employee and not received a response instantly. I have never heard Mr. Terry's voicemail- he was always ready to answer any and every concern I had with my home as it was being built. I can go on for days talking about Mrs. Kelly! Mrs. Kelly wants you in your house just as much as you do! She is working, endlessly, to make sure you get in your house as soon as possible. I have contacted Mrs. Kelly for any and everything and she has always made me feel I was top priority. When my home was finished, Mr. Mark- the manager, did a walk-through and he was very thorough on his expectations. It is evident that he takes pride in his company and his customer's satisfaction. When I say I'm in LOVE with my new home, I mean just that! From the foundation to the roof, my home will withstand anything! From start to finish, I will give Camellia Homes 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt! You will be very impressed with how stress-free, assured, and well taken care of you will be. My home is constantly being praised by friends and family. You will NOT regret dialing their number!

Terry the construction manage, built our 1800 square foot forever home in 5 month- 6 months and had us in our home before Christmas!
