I really like this place for a quick wash. I just do the outside only and it takes less than 10 minutes from wash to dry. They have a basic for $9 but I got the one for $12 which has a few extras. It looks like the prices went up because the basic was $6. read more

Good luck trying to get them to stop charging your credit card! I went in person several times to request that they stop charging my card but they ignore it almost a year later. At this point I am contacting my bank . The only reason I waited this long is because I used my debit card and PNC has a charge for this service. This has to be the WORST car wash I have ever had. You have the option to get an express wash where no towel dry is included but they also have other options. Today the hubster and I paid for an $11 polish protection wash that included a towel dry because we were desperate and tired of our car looking like we drove through a swamp. I should have known this car wash was BS when they asked for the money up front before even touching the car. Our car was still dirty after the car wash. Soap was left on the car even after the towel dry. We went back and complained about the car wash and they put the car through the wash again only for it to still be left dirty and soapy. I wish I would have read the reviews before we stopped here but rest assured, I am never ever coming here again. read more

I'm annoyed that it ended up raining hours after I got a car wash here, but that's Mother Nature for you. There was no line when I went, and I (thankfully) had a good-enough experience. CAR WASH: Exterior Wash and Towel Dry ($6; add $1 if you drive an SUV, van, or truck): I was in and out of Union Car Wash in under 15 minutes. The gentleman I paid to used a large hose to spray soap all over the right-hand side of my vehicle (including the wheels) before I drove onto the conveyor belt. For the most part, the machine did a decent job. I thought the mitter curtains (the hanging curtain of blue rubber strips) were crap because they were barely slapping my windshield, but much of the dirt and grime came off. Side brushes did a thorough job and didn't harm my side mirrors. The pressure from the overhead and side arches spraying water did a similarly decent job for the body of my vehicle. The towel drying made me cringe after seeing two guys use the same towel to wipe down the body and windows of my vehicle, but I had no choice since that's how it works here and at virtually every other car wash I found. There was soap residue on my back windshield, but I'll let it slide. SERVICE: The staff here were friendly to me. Know what you want before it's your turn; there are 2 signs displayed. Tip however much you feel is appropriate. I gave my tip before the guys started wiping down my car, and they dried as much as they could. I got what I paid for, and I'm content with the result; my vehicle received a decent wash and towel dry. I always wash my own car, but this place does the job if you're short on time and need a quick cleaning. read more

I was debating going here after reading the reviews, but I was going to Lowe's and it was on the way. Overall a good experience. The guy who took my money was polite and hustled to pre-soap my car and knock off some bugs on the front bumper. No damage to my car when it came out. Two guys drying , but one kept stopping to check his phone--he needs to go. Skinny vanilla ice looking guy. The other guy hustled and got a tip for his hard work. I can see problems if they are busy because there is no room after the car exits the wash--could be a bottleneck. But my car looks great and is to bak again read more

I went to this so-called car wash today and this is the result. The workers call themselves "wiping" the car down after the wash but obviously they didn't do a great job. I live in the area and the ONLY reason I went to this particular spot was to get the salt off of my. HOWEVER, if I pay my money...I want the job done correctly. I won't be going back. I have been going here with our four cars for ten years and went here yesterday. I would say that four plus stars is warranted with the inexpensive pricing taken into consideration. Every once in a while the towel drying person(s) have not done the most complete job, but the regular dryers do know their customers and they do a great job knowing that they will receive a good ($3) tip. No interior cleaning is performed here; you stay in the car. Outside cleaning/wax including undercarriage is perfectly adequate and with a thorough towel dry you will have a nice sparkling exterior. This is the worst car wash I have ever seen. The person I dealt with was beyond rude. The brushes that were supposed to clean the top of the car were not even spinning when i got my car washed. The car was not even close to being clean afterwards. Don't waist your time or money on this place. Do yourself a favor and take your car Anywhere but here. read more

I had a more positive experience than some other reviewers so they may be under new management here. The car wash was good and the gentleman helping or was kind and polite. They are on a small lot and do not do interior work but I was very happy with the wash. Their premium package cost me only $16, which I found fair. It is good for a quick cleaning. read more

The WORSE car wash I have ever had. The white skinny guy has an attitude problem. They do not properly towel dry your car and when I requested them to dry the car off the white guy got mad and had the nerve to bang on my car and tell me to leave because I was going to cause the cars in the tunnel to back-up and I would be responsible. Not my problem. First off why would you build a car wash where there is no room to dry off the cars. My car looks as if I did not even get a wash because the windows and car has water stains all over. I will not be back!!! I will not be yelled at after paying my money for something. Don't waste your money and go at your own risk! I brought my truck there at lunch- got the 12 dollar deal with wheel shine. I asked the attendant to please wipe the wheels after putting shine on them. He said, I know what you mean, please tell the guy up front. I told guy up front when I got through the wash- he says 'ok'. I leave the car wash and drive to the store down the road. I look at my truck and the wheel shine is all up the sides of my truck. On my mirrors, my side steps, my doors and fenders. The tires have the heaviest coat of grease(shine) just dripping off them. So I drive back and politely show the attendant my truck and ask that they run the truck through to clean off the shine. The attendant says, 'I have to charge you'. I asked what for and he said, you wanted that wheel shine and now you don't. I told the attendant that I asked the guy up front to wipe the tires and clearly he didn't as it sprayed all over. (they use a paint brush to apply the shine, it's like jelly) The attendant says, 'we dont' wipe it off' Wait, isn't this the same guy that said, I know what you mean- tell the guy up front? The attendant became rude and adamant that 'I asked for that' and that is what I got. I sure did, I asked for my truck to be splattered with clear greasy jelly. I asked for a manager- he said he was the manager. I asked for an owner, he said he was the owner. At this point it was clear they had no intention running my truck through the wash. It's obvious the attendant doesn't give 2 craps about customers as he tried to make it seem (in his best broken English and dumb looks) that this was all my fault as I asked for the shine, This place should close up and give another business a chance to service the people. read more

So this is my first time to try this car wash. It says out front that it is $3 for express wash but as I tried to pay the sort of manager kind of guy who collected the payment while I was inline he advised me that the $3 was just basically a wash with no hand dry nor wheel wash. It is in the middle of February and for those living in the east coast, snow could pile up unimaginable dirt and grime on any car. I went along and Paid the $6 for what was recommended as a wash, with hand dry and wheel cleaning as well. I went on the conveyor and the wash was not so bad. I've had better experience at a California shell gas station in Alvarado Niles Blvd. union city, CA ( free shout out) where their gas station had a modern day car wash with a massive dryer. Anyway, going back to my review, the wash wasn't that bad, especially if your car is full of snowed up dirt and grime. It's not squeaky clean as I've seen my trunk had some unpolished dirt but overall, it was ok. Not ok ok but just ok. For a once a month winter wash without dirtying up your hands in the freezing east coast winter, a $6 car wash is good for all it's worth. I gave a tip of $1 to the two guys drying up my windshield and wipers and they were nice. I may go back here again in the next month before spring weather beckons-- I'm a hands on kind of guy with my cars so my expectations are a bit higher than standard. read more

Had car washed & their equipment scratched one side of my car really bad. Car is new & the staff is extremely rude when I went back directly after the damage was done staff member said the car was already like that & cursed at us & threatened us. cheap car wash, and you get what you pay for. machine is rough on your car, the people are unbelievably rude. the last time i went through, i pointed out to the guy that he didnt take the antenna off of my truck. he dismissed me because the conveyor had already grabbed my truck. when i came out the other side, the antenna was all bent up. when i drove back around to tell him, he simply said "it was like that when you drove up" and walked away. i will never go back and warn anyone else from going there. read more
