The technician identified the issued and put a new rim, all done with 90 minutes. I had the wheel and tire protection plan, so only paid the deductible of $25, instead of actual price over a thousand dollar. The representative kept me in the loop throughout the service. Was such friendly service. Loved the waiting room. They had small snacks like chips and cookies. So glad to have this new location opening up.

Lack of Transparency on change of interest rate…read more I'm sharing this so future buyers double‑check their financing rate and promotion packages **before signing on the delivery date**, as Tesla will not tell you even if the rate drops. The financing rate had been lowered from 2.99% to 0.99% two days before my delivery. At the time of the delivery, Tesla did not let us know the rate has been dropped and we signed the documents without knowing the changed rate. Because of this, I ended up paying over $1,000 more in interest. Tesla told me they had *no obligation* to inform buyers of a rate reduction on the delivery day. When we brought up this issue to various people Tesla advised us to contact, they did not respond to us for a month. After weeks of waiting, Tesla offered only three months of Premium Connectivity (worth $30), and later said they could give total of $60 "because I requested it," not because they acknowledged any wrongdoing. I refused the offer because it does not address the actual financial loss caused by their lack of disclosure.

That sealed the deal for us on 2/26/2024. We truly appreciate them. We had such an amazing experience at Route 46 Mitsubishi. And highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car. We have already told our family and friends about this place! Omar A. Firozvi made us feel welcomed from the moment we met him. All the way to the very end. That's the kind of customer service we appreciate and love to get! Omar took so much care of us, even if there was a possibility we weren't going to buy the car. Yet he stuck with us and showed a lot of respect and patience. While also being a go-getter in helping us get to the finish line. Our credit is currently in the rebuilding stages, yet we never felt judged by Omar. He continued to take great care of us. And was always confident that my wife would get the that we came for. His positive energy and support helped us stay strong throughout the entire process. As for Lele McKoy, she is amazing as well. She fought hard for us. To officially get us through Mitsubishi 46's finish line. We felt Ms. McKoy's positive energy and support the entire time as well. She believed in us despite our rebuilding credit scores. Please make sure to ask for Omar a.k.a O2. When you walk into Route 46 Mitsubishi looking for a car!

Then expected us to pay NYS taxes from a NJ dealer. Not legal Deceitful. Would not buy a go kart from these people. A total waste of our time Returned home (Upstate NY) and found a cleaner vehicle for $20,000 with no CPO! That dealer was Bob Johnson Group. A true professional automobile dealership. I suggest the owners consult with the owners of Bob Johnson if they have any desire to emulate a professional world class dealer

Deceptive Business Practices; Buyer Beware…read more I don't usually leave reviews of any kind - but in this case, I'd like to add my voice to the chorus of people on this and many other review sites advising you to take your business elsewhere. While searching on cars.com, I saw what seemed like a good deal on Tri-County's site. A used 4Runner advertised as having only 18k miles. I reached out and expressed interest - even made plans to travel to the dealership to complete the transaction. I live out of state and needed to arrange one way airfare and a hotel. Only after airfare and a hotel were purchased did I learn that the actual mileage on the car was 46k, more than double what they advertised. I learned this by running an AutoCheck by the VIN on a friend's advice. I communicated this finding to the Tri-County salesperson and asked him for a photo of the dash of the car. The photo revealed that AutoCheck was correct. I lost money without even doing business with this dealership. And yes, like many others have reported, they said "oh thats an unfortunate discrepancy" and immediately pivoted to try and sell me a different car instead. If this was the only negative review on the internet for this business, I'd be ok saying it was merely a clerical error. My experience is just one more iteration in a pattern employed by this dealership to decieve their customers. Due to their intentionally deceptive business practices. I asked to be compensated for my loss - no response yet. I'll attempt to update this review if there is any change.
