Thank goodness for Reveal Diagnostics. They have several different sites. Mica from the diagnostics team was super helpful in scheduling the exam and coordinating with my ENT. The owner was overseeing the scan because it was not a routine dental scan. A major issue was my titanium caps interfering with the imaging on regular CAT scan. This is where the technician Makayla was able to do what other major institutions which shall go unnamed came in. With the research grade scanner she was able to adjust conditions to virtually eliminate the interference and image the area of interest in a phenomenal way, so I really owe all of them a huge thanks. They corresponded with the medical center and got them the imaging to them very very quickly. The scan is rendered into 3 dimensions that the doctor can look at from all angles. This was just a single picture taken at the imaging facility . I have the entire scan with a viewer that I can see the entire study from. 5 stars to the max!

I was experiencing strange full-body swelling and muscle breakdown, which required ruling out numerous diseases and viruses. He was very systematic, taking the time to ask professional and in depth questions to navigate the many variables of my case, including recent international travel and a recent bout of pink eye. As my full-body soreness spread and intensified rapidly, Dr. Zimmerman quickly ordered over 20 labs to rule out various infections and conditions. Before working with Mike, I had been to the ER twice without receiving any answers; they simply didn't have the time for me. What I appreciated most about working with Mike was his genuine care. I truly felt that he wouldn't stop until we had the answers we needed. Incredibly, Dr. Zimmerman had already identified Vasculitis as a top candidate before my primary symptom, a severe full-body rash even appeared. He had already helped me schedule a dermatology appointment in advance, so my skin graft was set for the day after those symptoms surfaced. Entrance managed by security system and admission must be buzzed in. Registration can get busy easily and quickly with patients coming in and phone calls managed by a single person. The lobby - waiting room appears large to accommodate many patients and their family. A large screen tv broadcasting a home improvement program. Varies patients viewing their smart devices. My name is called and a nurse brings me back to the check in area where instructions and gown are provided. A hand over to check in nurse who inquire on medications and ride home. The procedure doctor drops by to give additional information regarding the procedure, answers to questions. Next a the procedure nurse follows to take me back to procedure room where I would meet the assisting nurses. The area as with the entire center is kept relatively cool. After the procedure, I'm moved onto another gurney for the recovery area. A pain management nurse to hand over to check in before releasing me. After 15 minutes or so, I'm getting dressed to be released. The nurse walks me to my car parked in the adjacent lot. Again, a well organized process managed by pleasant and conscientious medical team. Should another Surgerial procedure is needed, I wouldn't hesitate have it here.
