I highly don't recommend shopping here. The guy that runs the place is very rude and yells at you. I just looked at a pricetag from the back of the mannequin and he throws me out yelling and screaming at me. I litterly apologized for doing it and he continue to yell at me. This is NOT how you treat a customer. No harm was done at all to anything. All he had to do is ask me nicely not to too look at the tag on the clothing of the mannequin. Very stupid man. He lost a sale, actually he lost many sells with me. I would have been an excellent client for him. He needs training on how to approach people. Can't imagine what he is like as a boss. read more

Truly terrible customer service. Honestly don't think I've ever been treated so rudely at a store. I was trying to return a skirt that ripped the same day that I purchased it- I wasn't doing yoga or dancing or doing jumping jacks.. just standing up when it ripped. The immediate response from the attendee was "it's not my fault" and then continued to berate me with "I can't believe you snipped the tag", "this is so dirty", etc. while I was quickly looking for something to swap for store credit to get the f&%# out of there. Located in the downtown area of Coconut Grove on Main Highway. I was walking by on the Saturday of the Coconut Grove Arts Festival and I had seen them setting up the sales tables outside the store. The first table I came upon was pants mostly denim at$30 Cash Only. I started looking for my size when the man who works there barked at me that every pile was by size. Truthfully it wasn't obvious only that the sizing was rather small thus the sale. So I made my way to the largest size 31. Couldn't find anything I liked so decided I must be a 30 instead. There was two other racks for ladies and one for men's. The men's sizing was too large for my son and too small for hubby so I went through the two remaining racks for Ladies. Nice names like Joie everything was pretty small sizes. In the end I got a pair of Jeans AG ED Denim regularly $225. for $30 and a top DO + BE white sleeveless with a lace inset $19. So I make my way inside to pay and leave. There was a woman ahead of me also buying Sale but didn't have Cash so he took her charge card anyway. He than says to me it is Cash I said yes no problem and paid and left. I think he has terrific items inside but always hate to shop where I am obviously not wanted. I don't even think he realizes how he treats people. He told me he only has this sale once a year. Perhaps he was having a bad day but according to other reviews it seems to be the norm. Do not shop here!!! I received a Xmas present from this store, which unfortunately none of it fit. I drove to the store (45 mins away) on Jan. 21st at 1:30pm and the doors were locked, not open as advertised. I went back yesterday Feb. 3rd the doors were locked again. As I was walking away a man walks up and unlocks the door. He rudely tells me if this is a Xmas present you're too late, our policy is 10 days for a return. I explain the circumstances... I didn't know the return policy, it was a gift, I don't live near by and I tried to come within 30 days but you were closed when you were supposed to be open, and reminded him were in a global pandemic. I rarely leave my house and this was a stretch. I ask him what are my options. He said "I don't care what you do with the clothes, I am not taking it." He then says "you people know, everyone was told" I asked who is "you people"? Your clients? Your customers? The people that keep the store running basically? I asked him to please be lenient considering all the circumstances I listed, he says "not my problem". Now I'm stuck with $591 worth of clothes I will never wear. If this is how they treat their customers, no one should be giving them business. I was appalled at how rude, inconsiderate and lack of empathy this store showed to its clients. These are not kind people and frankly don't deserve any patronage. read more

I purchased a sweater as a gift and was looking for other pieces. The sweater gift was a fail. What I realized is that the store sells last year's lot at current season price point. And although they do have a few better designers they tend to be the last of the litter items. There are several other stores in the area unfortunately not many for mens clothing. Go somewhere else if you are looking for a gift as they also don't honor returns just store credit. Too bad I really wanted to support them . read more

This just became my favorite shop. After buying a few things over the years, I was fortunate to have Jerry, the owner, help me today. I had a retro skirt I was trying to work with and in a few minutes he flew around the shop, gathered items in my size, and styled me many different ways. Not many would do that these days. Two other women who work there are enthusiastic and kind, but it was great to be in the hands of someone who has been doing this for years. Fabric, dye, cut, drape---a pro. He even told me what type of shoe and brand to buy elsewhere. Really committed to you looking good. read more

Definitely my favorite shop in Coconut Grove! From silky dresses, to trendy tops, and great quality jeans, I would literally wear every item in this place - and the staff will shamelessly agree (even when they shouldn't) when I go to try them on. No bother though, they're very friendly. My best advice is shop here for the Coconut Grove President's Day sales... the deals are unbelievable! I tend to wait all year to splurge here! read more

Truly one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I was swindled out of $200-- when I tried to return something ONE HOUR later, they refused and to refund me. Finally, after a long protracted fight to get a refund, they sent me the shirt I paid for... and then they CHARGED ME AGAIN!! I'm now out $400 for a shirt I didn't even want in the first place. Truly the worst business I've ever experienced. I would not send my worst enemy to this store. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This store has a ridiculous return policy and is the most anti customer friendly store I have ever shopped at. I bought a dress as a gift. It was never worn or even tried on. The person that I bought for just didn't like it. I came back to return it 6 days later. It was a distressed fabric so it had imperfections in the material. The person working there wasn't going to accept the return at first because of the imperfections in the fabric when I insisted that they take it back they finally compared it to another dress in stock and realized that I didn't damage it. They finally agreed to accept the return but explained that all items have to be returned in 7 days and that they only issue store credits and no refunds. This store's return policy is unreasonable, the sales associates are unfriendly and the clothing is overpriced. An absolutely gross and disappointing experience all the way around. read more

The man who works here is a jerk. I was about to buy some clothes but he snapped at my 3 year old, scaring her, and she fell back trying to get away form him. What was she doing? Touching the lid of an unlit candle. I said "you really scared her" and he just scoffed and slunk back into the office. Seriously, the sound he made was like a snake. Weird and scary. She's so well behaved and never gets in trouble in stores. This guy needs to work on his people skills if he wants to sell to moms. He lost a $500 sale today. read more

Worst service ever. Went there Christmas Day looking for a new outfit to wear out with my girlfriend. They have almost no jeans that are smaller than size 26. The TWO pairs that were 25, which I found by myself (after I asked for help several times but was snubbed) but the cuts were awful. Either too big in the hips and waist or too long. Couldn't find one decent top either. And when I was getting obviously frustrated after asking for help and having the two associates watch me look at every pair of jeans, I went to try on the last pair that *might* fit. Of course it didn't and they were one of the most unflattering things I've ever put on.. the girl with short black hair and a dark shirt that had white stripes on it says "if you don't like anything why try it on?" I told her if I didn't try it on how would I know if it fit or not. She then reminded me it was Christmas and that I'm rude. Umm im sorry but how was I rude to you when that's the most you've spoken to me! And if you don't like working on Christmas maybe find another job where you don't have to work on holidays. I hope they earn commission because we would of spent at least a thousand in there. Their loss and I'll never return. read more

I don't know if Jerry the store owner any understanding of customer service but when people enter your store a greeting is usually appreciated. To top that when I was trying on in the dressing room,ready to buy, he continuously walked past me without even a glance. Yes, you have nice clothing brands but you can find that anywhere. I am so appalled by his behavior, when I told Jerry I felt disrespected he basically threw me out of the store. I have never been treated so badly by any employee before, especially by the store owner! Jerry, as a local store owner you must treat people with respect, it's basic courtesy you should have learned when you were young. read more
