Contacted them about my interest in a vehicle they had had in stock for more than a year and a…read morehalf. Their price was well above the value of the car, 30% above, to be exact, at minimum. The car would have to be perfect, for it to just be 30%+, and even then, they're asking way too much. I called and asked some questions about the condition of the car, as their pictures showed some concerning things. The headliner was dirty, which you'd think they'd clean before taking pictures, and the antenna had clearly been replaced for some reason. It was no longer the color of the car. They come color matched. They claimed the car was in pristine condition, despite these things saying otherwise. I asked how flexible they were on their price. They said they were flexible, but then proceeded to show otherwise. I told them I knew how much the car was worth, and told them I was willing to pay slightly more than the value of the car, but not what they were asking. They said they had to get what they were asking, purely to maintain a profit. So, either they're blatantly lying, or they're just bad at what they do. Their asking price was 3x trade in value, and that's more than likely how they got the car. The amount they wanted to 'maintain a profit' was the same as their asking price. So, clearly when they said they were flexible, they were lying. That also would call into question how pristine the car is, with all the other evidence to the contrary. The negative reviews they've got seem to be earned.
