They can do it outside as long as its not raining. I was given a timeslot on a Saturday from 1:30pm to 3pm. "Phil" the technician was great. He called me 30 minutes before he arrived (called at 1:00pm) and arrived on time. He does a check with you around your car looking for any pre-damage and then gets right to work. As for the price. When you call the number, 905 876-4785, you get routed to a call center. The first price was super high, but you are able to haggle a bit on the price. I had two cars being done. (A Toyota Matrix and a Kia Rhondo). The initial quoted price for the Rhondo was $450 and in the end I ended up at $340. The Toyota ended up at $310. If I paid a few bux more than some other quoted prices around town, I am ok with it. The service and workmanship was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation. Just call around for prices before you call the call center.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I called to get my windshield…read morereplaced and for convenience they came to my house to do it. The guys showed up an hour late and put their tools on the hood of my car - no towel to protect the paint we had to bring them one. They were in and out in no time and cracked my dash in the process. I called to speak with the owner the next day and he was out - they said he would call back. This went back and forth for 2 weeks before i FINALLY got ahold of him. He told me to come in so he could look at it - when we got there for our 10am appt he conveniently stepped out so we waited almost an hour for him to come back. He looked at my car and then told me I lying that his guys couldn't have done this. He told me he also owns a scrap yard and will wait for another car of the same to come in and he will take the dash from that and replace it...after arguing with him for almost 30 mins. He was so unbelivably rude and spoke down to me the entire time. This happened in April and i never heard from him again. This place sounds great because its cheap - its cheap for a reason. I will happily pay more money for a Speedy or Apple auto glass next time - I will never make this mistake again. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!!
