A great experience from the first time I called for a quote till I got my key back!…read more I hired Auto Glass magic's mobile services to come and change my windshield at my work place. Not only that they did a fast and efficient job, they also came and picked up my car, took it to their service shop and brought it back after the work was done as the weather was unstable that day and there was a chance to rain. And they did it at their own expense. All I can say is great customer service, fast and efficient work and they will also save you money! Highly recommended!

The job itself only took about 45 minutes (as scheduled), and I was able to work on my laptop in the waiting room in the meantime. Initially, I was a little skeptical given the really affordable price point, but the work was professionally completed and my new windshield has held up well (1 month later and so far so good). The owner even accidentally misquoted me $20 less than what I should've been quoted (due to a miscommunication re: a rain sensor), but he honoured the price he initially gave me via RAQ given our conversation / text receipts. He was very courteous. I'd highly recommend this business.

Don't use your washer - I'll be in touch. Took my $85 and said it'll be used towards the repair. Never heard a peep. Followed up on Monday and Jay returned my call. Admitted he was out of town and couldn't find the part and apologized that no one kept me updated. I told him I have the parts. Ordered off Amazon. I asked how was I able to find the part and he couldn't. I'm not into the fixing appliances industry. He couldn't fit me in until Wednesday (although I was a call from the previous week) to install them. By Tuesday they were installed by someone else. I asked what he could do for me and he offered nothing. One week and no communication. Certainly this doesn't shout "speedy" to me. An open line of communication would have been helpful too!

When I washed it, water ran down the inside of the windshield in three different places. I called them and they asked me to bring it back. I did. They took the glass back out and reinstalled it, using a thinner gasket/trim so the windshield sat more flush and wasn't sticking out at the top. It was an extra 45 minutes in the car and 90 minutes waiting. Now I have a whistling sound when I'm driving. I reached out in frustration and received the following curt response. I will not recommend this service centre to anyone who needs a windshield replacement. They do shoddy work and do not stand behind it either. The third picture clearly shows the windshield is not sitting flush at the top. It protrudes by several millimetres which allows rain and wind in. Save your money, save your time, this was a $325 waste of money, and will result me me having to spend my money in another shop where this should have been done right the first time. You do one thing Ikram, you should be able to to it correctly.

When I called, their price for a mini-van was at least $20 cheaper than the lowest rate I've found. It was a work vehicle, and trust me when I tell you that it was a mess when I brought it in. They were quicker than other places i've brought the van into previously; and while I was apprehensive at the time, there were no concerns with the end result. The van was in fact the cleanest I've ever seen it after a detail. The owner was super friendly and really to time to explain the work they did. My co-workers are already planning to have this be their go-to place for their own vehicle based on the work and value that they saw. They seem very honest, so I would have full confidence they would do an excellent job with any of their other services as well. Note: I believe they will be doing a name change shortly, but the owner - and the services, will be remaining in the same location (directly behind the CDN Tire gas station).
