We were at Square One Mall and Auto Spa has a kiosk there with spin the wheel and you can win a free car wash or buy one get one free or half price detailing. We won a free car wash. We wanted to try this new location, its a really nice, very big area, there is a coin wash if you want to wash yourself or the automated car wash. We took the automated one. The good thing is that you don't have to get out of the car to get a car wash slip/or pay, as you drive in you pass the cashier who checks you in. The car wash is amazing much superior to the ones you have at gas stations you can even ask for a wheel shine or hand dry for an additional charge. It is slightly more expensive than the gas stations but worth the price. Good experience. We got one car detailing and get the other free, going to try it soon. read more

My husband normally cleans our car (thank goodness) but since he's been super busy at his new job, he hadn't had a chance in a while. Decided to give him a break and stopped into the Auto Spa instead. Seemed pretty reasonable for just $44 (I believe!) for a car wash and quick detailing in the interior as well. While I would say that the interior job wasn't 100% perfect (there were some smudges inside and dust spots on the doors), my vehicle was way cleaner than when I arrived for sure. Their waiting area is state of the art (everything looks super new), and they also offer food and drink options for purchase while you wait for your vehicle to be cleaned. I had a small chip in my windshield and they fixed that while I waited, for a fee of course. My car had the tire pressure light come on a week prior (after running over a bump in the road lol), and their in house mechanics quickly inspected my wheels plus filled up the tires with air at no cost! Really really appreciated this extra little help! Would for sure return again when my car needs a nice cleaning! read more

I have been coming here since they opened. Been waiting a long time and this place is the best car detailing place ever. We drive all the way from Brampton for the wash. We are extremely particular on who cleans our car, due to the fact it is a luxury vehicle! Auto spa make sure our car is extremely clean, and well taken care of. I have never had an issue here. We have been to other detailing places before, and always had to return to get it re-done. This place definitely takes care of our vehicle, the leather. Meanwhile other places have really destroyed our vehicles. My car always comes out spotless!!! The staff knows what they are doing and the price is fantastic!! This is one of the biggest facilities I've seen that includes car wash, self wash bays, oil change, windshield repair, quick detail, and full service detail. I've been here a few times over the winter to get that road grim off and it's great. When you pull in it is a bit confusing and depending on what you're doing. If it's the machine wash you're doing pull in to the right lane drive your self forward until you get to the gate attendant, once at the gate you pay for your wash and any additional service like interior cleaning, tire shine, or rain x. Once you've washed your car through the longest wash tunnel you can swing back around to the left side of the lane if you purchased the interior clean and line up again for round 2 of cleaning. They are very similar to Dennys on Mavis but I find Auto Spa does a better job at cleaning the interior and exterior of the car. I would highly recommend getting the rain x option, this is a repellent for water and help cleaning road tar easier. They also have the option for the one that like to wash their own car in a wash bay. It looks like there are about 5 or 6 bays for self wash. There is also a lube oil and filter station beside the self wash bays, and beside that there is a spot for windshield replacement and stone chip repairs. This facility is open concept so you can see what every station is doing nothing to hide. Their prices are fairly reasonable and competitive with other detailing shops. They offer the same level of service as well including the now very popular ceramic coating. read more

I was recommended by a friend. I'm writing this to reverse that. It's essentially a glorified detailing center with a primary focus of high volume and low quality, assembly line-style car washing. The exterior is done automatically, massing many areas and leading dirt in spots like beneath the door handles, etc. The crew completely didn't do my trunk. I called the next day and asked for a manager. The woman asked what the problem was. I asked for a manager, again. She kept playing cat-and-mouse to which I asked if she was a manager. She replied she was one of the assistant managers. So, I told her about the trunk. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation further than having them do so if I drove back in. So I came back and the crew member gave it a quick stroll with the vacuum to which he tried to up-sell me on an interior cleaning. Additionally, I was suppose to receive a air freshener. I was told they'd be out for weeks. It has some tie-in with a $3 discount for my next visit. They didn't offer me a standard air freshener for in lieu from their shop nor how to get my $3 discount next time despite not having an air freshener. Customer service was rude, and the car wash is a glorified gas station quick-wash. Hard pass. read more

This place started off great when they first opened, last 2 washes were sub-par but gave it another shot. Again shitty job, and I get it's not a full detail and an assembly line job but still declined. Stains everywhere, doors stained, crumbs everywhere, wet solution marks everywhere, windows left dirty! I paid for every add-on possible including an outside polish and my car was stained outside everywhere as well. Just tragic you can't get a car wash right how you used to. I get kids need a job but at least monitor them or work with some urgency. read more

You will be amazed by the place when entering expect when it comes to car cleaning..The experience wasn't good at all.. it was the worst thing I ever had!!!!! They are using dirty cloth to clean the interior of the vehicle.. everything looked dirty! In addition to that, when I turned on my car to leave the shop, I noticed that my rear camera is foggy!!!! I called the guy, he told me it's normal bcoz of the steam... different temperature.. etc. He tried to wipe it but wasn't clear!!i asked to see the manager but he wasn't available. He told me it will be better in few minutes and not to worry!!!!!! After three days from that accident, I called them to complain about it as it stayed the same!! They asked me to bring the vehicle to the shop again. I went next day, they took it inside and I don't know what they did, the camera was 70% cleared but he said the seal was ruined!! When I asked how, he said it was manufacture defect.... seriously now!!!! It's a new car.. it wasn't my first time to clean it.. I told him I didn't bring a damaged vehicle and wanted to blame it on their shop!!! He just over and over with no explanation!! I assured that I am not that kind of person that lie or try to blame others for something was already there. I just left as I felt bad for what happened and he just returned back 70% after hour waiting! New car but manufactory defector!!!!! I went to the dealership I bought my vehicle from, they said a stupid guy just put the water hose on the wrong position with high water pressure that damaged the sealing!! I called the main office and talked to the owner but same situation as he told me it's a defect in the car... blah blah blaaaaa I went to many car shops to figure it out.. they all assured it was damaged bcoz of high water pressure!!!! Today I went to same dealership to fix it as it will cost me a lot. I called the auto spa and told them my situation.. I told them I am not looking for anything from them but just to let them know it was their fault and they did nothing! I told them I won't come back!! Usually pretty good service. But on the last visit they left many spots on the front of and inside my vehicle.

The place looks great once you enter .. state of the art but it's All deceiving .. I bought the complete interior cleaning package and booked the appointment one week in advance, finally after the car got cleaned I noticed 1.shampoo marks on my front seat, complained it and the took the car inside, got it cleaned 2. Then I noticed some gooey yellow stuff on the sides of my car seat which I complained and they again took it back inside, Customer service is very bad I was supposed to get a cleaned car at 12 pm when I left the car at 8 am , its not 3 pm and I'm still in the waiting area. My review is for the autoglass repair that is done in the same location. NOT the car wash. If the autoglass guy here is not able to direct bill your insurance company do NOT fix your windshield here. The lack of communication between the repair place here and the insurance company will give you a big headache to get paid back. read more

Tried it once and will not be returning. I wish I could keep this short and sweet, but I feel like I must share my experience with others and warn you. Firstly - the shuttle. As far as I can tell, no mention of it on their website. I was not offered it when I dropped off my car, even though the staff asked me if I was staying and I said "No," and the staff said, "Oh yeah, it's gonna be 4 hours, you probably don't wanna wait." Then when I was called to pick up my car, again I was not offered the shuttle. I only found out a shuttle existed because when I came (the second day, see below), I saw and heard with my own eyes and ears one of the Managers, who was walking with me, offer the shuttle services to another customer! In front of me! At least be honest and tell me if you're too busy to operate the shuttle, but at least offer it! Even sleazy car dealerships ask you if you want to use the shuttle. Wow. Secondly - Picked up my car after the "Complete" service (yeah right), I asked to see it before paying, thought I was being smart, but apparently not smart enough. My only compliment for this place is that the salt stains were all out - this is what I mostly paid attention to. The dashboard and steering wheel were so greasy. Staff said my mats were in the trunk and that I should leave my windows open to dry the seats. I said I couldn't do that overnight. Why wouldn't they have kept it for that extra hour and let it dry? Their parking lot is HUGE. As I started driving, my seat belts warning came on. I went back in, staff said that sometimes happens with the moisture and the sensors and that if it persisted past the day, to come back; okay, fine. It went away. I won't get into the details but basically I was appalled at the state of my car: - back dash completely untouched - door jams visibly dirty still - streaky windshield and windows - obvious missed spots on the dashboard and other plastic areas - exterior looked like soap was not even used I went back in, visibly upset. Manager eventually admitted that they did miss the back dash, but he said "The car is clean, but its "subjective." WOW. Also when I pointed out the spots he said, "Well in natural sunlight you will see all those spots." Why are there missed spots in the first place?! I told them this was unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. He told me they would fix it all, but I had to come back another day. When I got home, I again inspected everything and further found: - patches of dirt that were obviously not vacuumed on the carpets - patches of grime on plastic parts i.e. door, seats - seat stains Then I decided to check the mats - they were stacked in my trunk, still wet. And dirty. They seemed to hide the dirtiest rubber one on the bottom. They must have just hosed them down. I had to lay them around my yard to dry, and they're not even clean. Let me remind you I spent $159 plus tax. So second day - a different person working on it. Was better but I was still able to point out some missed spots on interior. One mat had a stubborn sticky stain, he said he tried everything. I told him just try your best. Eventually, Fred, he's in charge, came out to see me. I expressed my frustrations about my experience. He then looked at the sticky mat and said he would personally take care of it. He did. Not sure why it took 2 days and 3 men - but Fred did it. Upon handing off my car, other Manager apologized and said they were "so busy" the day before and therefore a Manager was not able to check my car before it was handed back to me. Sorry but that excuse doesn't fly with me, and you should never say that to a paying customer. Of course, they gave me free wash passes at the end but to be honest, I am not going back. Third day and I am still finding spots and stains in my car! I am so disappointed and I will never return, let alone recommend them to anyone. Apparently 159 dollars plus tax gets you a half cleaned, oily, damp car, and lame customer service. read more

The amount they charge and the work they do definitely do not match up. I paid almost 400$ for a total inside outside clean. Before I even left the parking lot they had to come back out and redo all the silver around my windows. It looked like they had rusted it with chemicals. Then I got home and did a full look through. Not thinking I'd have to do it there after how much I paid! I had to re clean my car. The back cup holders still had junk in them, all the silver detail inside looked rusty like the outside from the cleaning chemicals they used. The car was so greasy I had to wipe down the entire interior with a cloth and cleaner. If I wanted to clean my own car I would have done that. Terrible interior results. read more

Went a couple of times, interior clean was good, exterior had some water marks and white dry film issues (kinks that needed to be worked out) understand it was a new place, returned a month later and interior clean was good, exterior even worse then then first time. Dry white soap everywhere on my truck, the manager (Nazar) fixed the problem and apologized for the wait. Now went back a third time and the exact same problem with the water marks and white dry soap all over the truck, the interior clean was good but they did forget to bring my belongings in the cart to my truck when finished, I had to wheel cart over from the belt myself, when I left and got home my truck was covered in the dry white film and I could tell where the truck was wiped to dry and where it wasn't. I called in, left a msg with no reply. Called again spoke to a rep and she said Nazar the manager no longer works there but his father Freddy does. Well it's been 2days now still no call back to even help fixing the issues. If you own a black vehicle stay away from this so called state of the art car wash. Never again :( read more

The worst experience ever. Never go to this autospa if you dont want your car to stink. I brought my car to this Autospa the first time for a bumper to bumper detailing on June 24, as it was close to my kids school and my home. Usually I take my car to Toyota dealership. This autospa charged me $200 plus for a detailing. I received my car wet and the technician (a very rude guy) advised us to leave the doors open for the night to let it dry. We followed the instructions but the car started stinking like a fish. We thought the smell will go away but even after two weeks its there and increasing day by day. They used bad products to wash our car. When I complained, the receptionist Stephanie, advised me to bring the car so they will re wash it. When I brought the car back to the autospa , the same rude person came to assess the car. He said he doesn't smell anything ( may be he needs a doctor to check his smell sense), second, he blamed us that we didn't let the car dry enough, third, he said go find a mouse if its dead in the car, fourth, he tried to blame the car filter which was already changed by Toyota on last maintenance. He refused to do anything and said if he's gonna wash it he will charge $138 for the car seats and carpet again. A very poor customer service as the receptionist asked me to bring the car so it will be re washed and the technician blamed everything on us for the stinky smell coming from the car after this detailing. I am highly disappointed and will never go back again. I wish I can give zero star. read more
