initially I thought they did a great job. However when I I picked my car up, battery was dead. still not a big deal, I know my battery needs replacement. In the following "weeks" yes weeks and not days, I noticed a lot of water coming up through the carpet. I've vacuumed once a day for over 3 weeks now and I'm still getting around a litre every time. Paid extra for mats to be thoroughly cleaned. Driver's mat (haven't checked the others) was still absolutely filthy. Took drivers mat inside to rinse and wash. I kept spraying with water and the dirt & black filth just kept pouring out all over the tub. It's like they poured filthy water from one of their buckets over it. Black filth!! I'm afraid to touch anything in my car, so sickening. The windows looked ok.. Overall an ok rush job. If you dare try this place, don't tip before you have a good look at their work !!! read more

Absolutely the best car wash I've ever been to. The equipment that they've installed is absolutely state of the art it makes other car wash facilities look pathetic in comparison. The quality of the exterior wash is simply outstanding, I've never seen anything like it. The quality of the interior cleaning, although not as market leading as the exterior wash is still very good and far better than I've ever gotten at any 'quick wash' type facility. read more

This is my go to place to get my truck cleaned. I have never had an issue until this morning. Went in just when they had opened only to be told that they no longer do interior cleaning on Sunday (not posted on their website) still got a wash ($22) and when I went through the attendant did not turn on the wash so I had to go back again while he went for a break. If I had known before hand about the interior cleaning I would have gone back another time. Disappointed today but will give them another chance later on. read more

I make a point of trying to visit Auto Spa Express whenever I am in Burlington. For the price, I think this place offers a great interior/exterior cleaning. When you start they clean the exterior of the vehicle first - you remain in your vehicle and roll though a very long wash that includes multiple rinses, soaps, scrubs and waxes. You can also opt for Rain-X paint protection and tire shine for $3 additional. (I always do as I feel it helps my wash last a bit longer) Following the exterior you loop back around the building and reenter only for the interior cleaning. Here you are meet by a team of 4-5 dudes standing by to spray, vacuum and wipe every nook and cranny in your car. They even give you a Tupperware bucket to carry stuff you don't want to leave in the car during cleaning. (a nice touch IMO) You can follow your cars interior cleaning progress all the way though the building as there are large windows all the way along the customer side of the wash. Following the cleaning you are asked what air freshener you would like... then you're on your way. Usually 20-25 mins total for interior and Exterior. Pretty decent. Tip for all you yelpers. Get an oil change at auto spa express and they give you 20% off an interior/exterior wash. Pretty decent savings.! read more

It's pretty good for exterior wash, better than the average cash wash. I never use the interior cleaning, espcially driving a high end car. they always leave "clean" smear marks on all the crome, control panel and wood grain finish. They either need to change their rags more often or use different cleaning products. It's worth to spend the extra cash to get the interior detailing to a professional detailing shop. read more

I took my car that I wanted to sell for a good interior and exterior clean, car look good when I got there, but however when I opened the trunk of the car I realized that they broke off two rubber pieces. They told me the car was like that when it arrived. I know my car and it was not. I then asked to speak to a manager, they went to look on the videos. Another "manager" came out and i asked for a refund on the two gift card I just purchased. I did not want to give me the refunds and then proceeded to call the Police. I was recording him and he was not happy. I waited until they showed up. I will not recommend Auto Spa Burlington at all. My car as also still dirty in certain areas on the outside as well. Went here for a car wash and they broke my passenger side mirror on the side of my truck. Really annoying and nothing to help with fixing it or any recompense. Now I have to go and find a new mirror. This one is trashed. Sucks. I wanted my truck to look nice and clean and now it looks busted and makes me sad. read more

I had just got home from a horrible experience with Auto Spa on Appleby and it's owner and manager. I am a weekly customer with receipts to prove it and got a full package today. I keep my car in immaculate condition and even cleaned out my vehicle myself before handing the keys over. Upon receiving my keys after the detail was complete, I noticed my front leather seat was ripped (about 8" along the seam). I then notified the manager that my seat was not ripped before arriving for a detail. He immediately became aggressive with me yelling in my face infront of other customers saying I was wrong and that it's a common problem with vehicles like mine and it's not his problem. I then pulled outside of the facility so we can discuss without interrupting their operation. The manager then meets me outside as the owner of AutoSpa pulls up in his black BMW. I explain the situation saying simply that I come here weekly and after todays detail, my seat is ripped. He then began to swear (the owner) and curse at me when I assured him that my seat was not ripped before I came and that it must have been an accident by one of they 15+ employees who touched my car in the process. With the both of them not letting me speak and over powering me in the parking lot with swear words, I then told them all "I wanted to do was resolve this issue and if that can't happen I will be forced to write a bad review". As soon as I said that, the manager told me to F*** Off and that he will have an answer for me on that review. Well, here we are! I have been going to AutoSpa on Appleby Line for over 5 years sometimes weekly, and I have never had a more repulsive and outright disturbing experience with a company than the one I had today. Now, I am left with a half-cleaned interior and an 8" rip across my leather seat. Quick message to the owner - You do not deserve a business as successful as the one you have by treating your long term customers like I was treated today. You could have made things right with me by just apologizing and a free wash or SOMETHING! But you clearly do not know how to deal with simple issues when they arise. We asked for a manager to complain about the terrible zero effort job done inside and they claimed there was no one there: then when we didn't budge they led us to the manager who then claimed it was our fault the car was that dirty with a very condescending tone. This place strikes a good balance between price and service. I got the interior and exterior clean who h is different then there full out high end detail and the work done was good. The car wash machine is not as good as some gas stations but with in interior clean they took car of all the small stuff. The only reason I don't give them five os because of a few details. They didn't out back the air fresher that they removed into the vent. The shampooing of the mats could have been better but the vacuuming was great. Overall I will go here again and recommend it to others. read more

I've gone here on occasion on the way home along Appleby Line to get the interior of our van cleaned up. The price is right at about $35. This quick service is especially convenient during the winter months when doing it yourself is close to impossible owing to the cold weather and the snow. It usually only takes about a half an hour or so and you can wait in the line and grab a coffee and or make use of their wireless Internet connection while waiting. And, in terms of convenience, you can get your car washed and grab an oil change while you're there too. They also have some more ' robust ' cleaning and detailing services as well. That said, the cleaning you'll get there is satisfactory to good. If you want a very good / professional detailing / cleaning job done...I'd opt for a dedicated independant detailing shop instead. But, as a quick in and out cleaning / service stop, Auto Spa seems to represent some decent value...especially if you're tight for time and can't book ahead. read more

Don't go here. I went there to get my car washed, they did pretty shitty job. They had left the floor wet and scratched the inside,there wasn't any scratches when I left it there. It is relatively new, and on the out side they somehow formed a not so small scratch near the back. Why would you charge someone $60 if you are just going to do a bad job, I never informed about these scratches. Been using auto spa since they opened and at first the service was great. Over the years it's just crumbled, they paid off and now the effort lacks, we've had to complain 2 times now over the inside not being done properly and the connector piece missing in my car. They are getting really pushy with trying to sell you things in the oil change part and now even have a guy standing at the end of the wash trying to do windows and wipers, it becomes annoying especially after you pay 40 bucks and the car was is not better then any other and they lack effort on the inside. read more

This Place really deserves 5 stars. Its a complete service wash and vacuum. They do a great job cleaning inside too. washing rubber mats and vacuuming and cleaning the dash and windows. Some people expect that are getting a full detail with a wash and vacuum. Thats crazy. If you are expecting a detail service, Pay for that. They do a great job with detailing too. I just go in for the was and vacuum..Like every two weeks. Costs me $40 bucks. So worth it. I honestly dont have 2 hours to do this. Im in and out in 30 min and get to work on my laptop as I wait for my car. Great service to have. Wish people were more appreciative of the service. read more

I just visited the auto spa in Burlington. I got home to find out that one of my all tech weather floor mats was missing. I had to drive back to the auto spa and the manager quickly apologized. One of my mats had got stuck and was not put back into the vehicle. He insisted that the truck be run back through the car wash for free because there was a little bit of dirt in the wheel wells. Then he gave me another free wash for the inconvenience of having to drive back and get my mat. They were very apologetic and good had customer service read more

Will not return. Paid for interior/exterior and they didn't bother wiping any seats and my matts were only marginally cleaner then before I paid for the interior. The cloths they used were filthy and they just rubbed other peoples dirt onto my interior and windows. Horrible service! read more

Worst experience ever. Staff are very rude. When I arrived the cash attendant asked me to do interior first then do the exterior because interior is closing soon. When I was done with the interior, I went to the exterior the staff refused to let me in claiming they are closed! My only regret is there is no rating lower than one star. This business deserves a negative rating. This is a terribly run business. Not only is the staff rude, but they will refuse service because they are closing soon. They told me they could not do an interior cleaning because they close soon and I missed the cut off, it was literally 4:46 and they said the cut off was 1 minute earlier. I do not do business with companies that close early. If you say you are open until 5, you should offer your services to any customer in the door before 5. Do not support this business.
