Very disappointing. I ordered the "platinum" which according to the menu was the best and most expensive at $30 for exterior and interior. Exterior I will give them a 7/10 as they did a decent job but missed wiping some areas in the form of white streaks that look very apparent on a black car. When they handed the car back to me, I showed them and they brought a towel to correct the issue. Interior gets a 1/10. Other than windexing the windows is not sure what else they did. The seats, cup holders, screens looked exactly the same. I drove back to the entrance and told them but they said that cleaning the seats were not included and I would have had to order the "leather care" add-on for that. That was another $29.95. Uhhh...what? I will never return. If you want an average exterior wash and a barely cleaned interior then this is the place for you. Don't go here. Period!! I wish I could give them a 0 rating. Went there about a month ago. Paid over $18 for the wash. I've never been through an automated car wash before but they scratched my Lexus which I only had for 3 weeks. (See pictures). The female manager initially took responsibility and said to go get some quotes and that they would pay for it. They needed the second manager (Brad) to come back and look at it. I guess he calls the shots. He said it wasn't their fault and blamed it on my paint job. That they were not going to pay for it. A huge scratch that wasnt on my car before it went through their car wash was now my fault?? I spent the next hour trying to plead my case. What was supposed to take five minutes now turned into an hour of my time and hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Eventually they agreed to pay half with a hand shake agreement, seriously?? On the receipt they give you it says they are not responsible for any damages. The problem is you don't get that receipt until after your car is already half way through. There's no signs that I saw pointing this out. Makes you wonder why they would need to put that on the receipt Anyways? Does this happen a lot?? I doubt it would stand up in small claims court anyways The worst part of it was that they didn't even give me a refund!! Didn't waste my time going back to these sketchy people. Terrible service & extremely terrible car wash. People at the back are rude & very unfriendly. The guy that cleaned the inside of my car stank like BO & left my car smelling horrible. The over all inside & out wash was rushed & bad. I had to go over the inside of my car again with a vacuum & wipe most of the dash that was dusty & missed. The outside was even worse. One kid quickly spent less than a minute drying my car off. Which I again had to do myself at home. Do yourself a HUGE favour & find another place to wash your car. read more

Recent results from Platinum car wash (30$+) were less than satisfactory. Car was "done" very quickly. Outside was ok but could have got same result from a drive-through car wash. Interior was sub-standard, parts actually dirtier than before the wash. Definitely not going back. read more

Did a great job on my Mom's car which hadn't been driven for two years and had a thick coat of dust on it. Great value. Well worth $50.

I will never go back. I brought my car there for Platinum Wash costing $29. My cup holder was still VERY dirty. My mats still had a LOT of salt on them. When I took off there was still soap and it sprayed all over the side of my car. Very disappointed. read more

About what I'd expect for 23 bucks taxes in. I won't say I was blown away but my car came out cleaner than it went in. Spend the extra time getting the random junk out of your car's side consoles and floor etc. before driving through and I usually find a slightly better result since they aren't spending all their time moving your stuff around. At the end of the day, it's only twice the cost of a drive-through gas station wash and they will also clean the inside. I'd go again. read more
