They scammed us for weeks even when we specifically said we DO NOT want them to work on our car even then they took it apart (AFTER we asked) and charged us for that plus putting it all back together. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We spent months back and forth to get our car back from them and then ultimately had to pay for out of pocket to get it back. Seriously, your sanity and time ain't worth it. Right from the beginning, Kelvin Depp the service advisor was on the phone with me, guiding and directing me on every step- a time when I was very disturbed and nervous. This was very supportive. The rental car was arranged by them as well instantly. The repairs went well and to my satisfaction. They have done a great job and even took care of my oil change which was due. Kelvin was in touch with me regularly giving me updates. Every call of mine was answered with an update. I will definitely recommend ADP.

I'm definitely never taking any vehicle for work here again.

Between March 8/16 & March 9/16, Detail N Plasti provided my white 2012 Honda Civic with their…read morepremium treatment. This included paint correction on the paint job that had not been done in a clean environment, as well as several layers of coating to all external surfaces, including my new tires, windows and sunroof! On Saturday, March 12, I met up with some friends at a local school where they volunteer. When these friends individually walked past my car all of them asked me what I did to it because it looked so nice and glossy! Even some of the kids from that school who were playing football in the parking lot told each other not to play near the shiny car! On Friday, March 18/16, I drove a different friend to the airport and he could also tell that my car was different...and he has only seen my car twice! Other than my parents, I swear I didn't tell anyone that anything was going to be done to my car, but people could still tell! Just like me, my friends were thoroughly impressed! I've had this car since September 2015 and it seems to me that people are more impressed with it now! Thanks Detail N Plasti for your impressive work!

They were booking repair appointments two days into the future. When we told them we were from out of town clearing out my late mother's apartment and had to go back to Ottawa the next day, they found a way to fit us in to do the repair. The repair needed a part that would take days to deliver. So the clever technicians at Vinnies came up with a solution that would get us home. The cost was amazingly affordable. We whole heartily recommend Vinnies Mr Fix It Fleet Services Inc.

But when trying to return call good luck. Never tried to get back to me unless I called them to see progress on repairs. They kept my car for 7 days and repairs were done the last day. I asked them to do a safety and they did not deliver but took the money for it. And other things they claimed they did. They said my car had to be diagnosed for every thing they did even a single light repair which they quoted me $3500.00 repair. Outragos pricing. Not happy with their pricing I asked to return my car but they said they had to complete a repair which should have been done the week before. When they finally did call to pick up the car the car was not put together so I had to wait for them to put it back together. He kept saying he didn't have enough time. 7 days REALLY. I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to be gaouged with a enormous bill and unsatisfactory workmanship.
