When my car was ready the lady called me and told me that I would have to pay extra for salt stain removal ( I had a little on the drivers side). I explained to her that in the package it didn't mention extra fees. I ended up speaking to the owner, and he refused to do anything. When I got my car back it wasn't up to the standard I would expect, very streaky, dusty in areas, and some areas weren't vacuumed. However, the worst part was the toxic unbearable smell of the fragrances/chemicals they use. If that poison can't get out salt stains I don't know what will. The smell is absolutely disgusting, but I guess it's similar to their overall service.

I requested a headlight restoration from several companies, but decided to go with Double Detailing…read morebecause the owner (Danny) appeared to be a very accommodating and hard-working individual. He offered to drive up to my place to restore my car's headlights since he had the general knowledge on how to clean them and wanted more hands-on practice. During the restoration process, he seemed very knowledgeable about the different coatings that can be applied to keep the headlights clean. He also taught me few things, which helped with determining the kind of restoration I would like in the future. Once his work was complete, I was impressed with the results and suggested he should start offering the service professionally. I would recommend trying out Double Detailing and would definitely come back if I need any kind of detailing done.
