The young service man at the counter was very courteous and helped me with the air pump instructions..then assisted in confirming I had a puncture. I then had to wait for a tow truck. He was most helpful while I waited, provided a stool for me to sit on and plugged in my phone as my battery had died. He made me feel safe and welcomed. His name was Blake. The best part of it is the self-serve cleaning options for after. Make sure you book yourself some time after the wash to use the $3 self-serve professional cleaning area. Professional grade equipment, micro fibre cloths, mat cleaners, tire detailing equipment, and vacuums galore. If you want, you can get the full service where they do it for you, but the extra cost didn't seem worth it for the time I was there, as the interior wasn't too bad. We just used the mat cleaners, tire washing, quick vacuum and wipe-down of the interior surfaces. Also, if you need, keep your receipt because you can get a re-wash within 72 hours. I would have given it a 5 star, but there wasn't a lot of direction on the tire detailing service I paid for. I found out after we went through the self-serve area that for this, we would have to go through the full detailing section, and by that point we had already done it ourselves. I've seen other 2005 or newer Subaru Legacy wagons with rust over the rear wheel arches. We all drive on the same roads. I attribute the absence of rust on our Legacy to Krown rustproofing. We don't do anything unusual as far as washing and waxing is concerned. I go to a spray-it-yourself carwash every couple of months and select the spray wax after washing and rinsing. If I could put zero stars I would, absolutely horrible place to wash your car. My taillight broke…read moreoff with the pressure of the so called "car safe" cloth. When I talked to the lady working she said you have a Jeep that's why. She began to touch my taillight scratching my Jeep trying to fix it and say your clips are loose as if she's a car mechanic. They will obviously be loose if you see in the picture they broke off. I gave my information to them only to not call me the next morning. I had to call in the morning and which had to explain myself all over again since the lady working did not tell her manager. After speaking with them the second time, they told me they would check the video footage only to give me a complete bs of how some jeeps are not able to go in the wash. After hearing a 10 minute phone call with absolutely no help, they told me they will not pay for the damaged taillight as it was not their fault. It happened in their washing booth when I heard a big noise at the side of my Jeep. They refused showing me the video footage and said the person who worked there said the taillight was already "loose" when they didnt even bother checking anything. All I got was a refund as if that's going to help me. Horrible customer service, they WILL ruin your car and blame it on saying vehicle is too big or some shit about the "cloth" is specifically designed for vehicles. Blah blah blah.
