He was most helpful while I waited, provided a stool for me to sit on and plugged in my phone as my battery had died. He made me feel safe and welcomed. His name was Blake. For $79 all in, that's not what I expected. Yes I have a Shevy Cobalt LT 2010, with just the basic upgrades so maybe it wasn't so much fun to clean which is why it was left a little dirty? First the dash was dirtier than when I started because they left so much lint behind. I called someone out and they spent 5 min fixing that issue which was really good on them in terms of service. Other problems I had though was vacuuming was just mediocre, there was still a ton of dirt and large ish yellow particles on the carpet that wasn't even ground in, it was loose. Next they missed missed my cup holder entirely, and the entire manual shifter area was still dirty including loose dirt on leather cover. All in all it was 'fine' for a $30, maybe $40 clean but in no way was it worth the $69+ tax I paid.

When I talked to the lady working she said you have a Jeep that's why. She began to touch my taillight scratching my Jeep trying to fix it and say your clips are loose as if she's a car mechanic. They will obviously be loose if you see in the picture they broke off. I gave my information to them only to not call me the next morning. I had to call in the morning and which had to explain myself all over again since the lady working did not tell her manager. After speaking with them the second time, they told me they would check the video footage only to give me a complete bs of how some jeeps are not able to go in the wash. After hearing a 10 minute phone call with absolutely no help, they told me they will not pay for the damaged taillight as it was not their fault. It happened in their washing booth when I heard a big noise at the side of my Jeep. They refused showing me the video footage and said the person who worked there said the taillight was already "loose" when they didnt even bother checking anything. All I got was a refund as if that's going to help me. Horrible customer service, they WILL ruin your car and blame it on saying vehicle is too big or some shit about the "cloth" is specifically designed for vehicles. Blah blah blah.
