The young service man at the counter was very courteous and helped me with the air pump instructions..then assisted in confirming I had a puncture. I then had to wait for a tow truck. He was most helpful while I waited, provided a stool for me to sit on and plugged in my phone as my battery had died. He made me feel safe and welcomed. His name was Blake. I was told to have my car there at 7am . Myself and another gentleman were there at 7 am . The door was locked . I had to pound on it to get a response . I was told that I would be called when my car was ready . By 3:30 I had not received a call so my ride (who had other things to do ) drove me over . It was almost 4 when I got there and I was told that my car hadn't even been worked on yet ( a call would have been nice ) . I was told that he had been working on pick up ' all ' day. I told him that I would leave it overnight and pick it up tomorrow morning ( what else could I do ) . He said that he would work late to get it finished .I showed up at 10 am and the car was still not done . He was working on another vehicle which was not there the day before . He had had the vehicle 27 hrs by this point . He finished with the other vehicle before he ' rushed 'through getting mine done with a little help from me. He was supposed to do an engine shampoo which wasn't done because of an equipment failure which I was still charged for . He should have cleaned it by hand . Through all of this I was still charged full price which was considerably more than my last detailing ( by Lee-Ann ) and it was done perfectly . Draw your own conclusions ! p.s. to be fair the wax job and interior cleaning was satisfactory .

When I talked to the lady working she said you have a Jeep that's why. She began to touch my taillight scratching my Jeep trying to fix it and say your clips are loose as if she's a car mechanic. They will obviously be loose if you see in the picture they broke off. I gave my information to them only to not call me the next morning. I had to call in the morning and which had to explain myself all over again since the lady working did not tell her manager. After speaking with them the second time, they told me they would check the video footage only to give me a complete bs of how some jeeps are not able to go in the wash. After hearing a 10 minute phone call with absolutely no help, they told me they will not pay for the damaged taillight as it was not their fault. It happened in their washing booth when I heard a big noise at the side of my Jeep. They refused showing me the video footage and said the person who worked there said the taillight was already "loose" when they didnt even bother checking anything. All I got was a refund as if that's going to help me. Horrible customer service, they WILL ruin your car and blame it on saying vehicle is too big or some shit about the "cloth" is specifically designed for vehicles. Blah blah blah.
