The young service man at the counter was very courteous and helped me with the air pump instructions..then assisted in confirming I had a puncture. I then had to wait for a tow truck. He was most helpful while I waited, provided a stool for me to sit on and plugged in my phone as my battery had died. He made me feel safe and welcomed. His name was Blake. Prices are high and selection is limited, but it is a convenience store, so that much is to be expected. Service is OK, but when it's busy there can be a long wait at the cash while the lone cashier checks you out. When it's cold out, or when you are tired, needing to go to the 24-hour store farther away keeps me from giving this location more stars.

I got some meat pies, and they were good. Will be back for more. If anyone is a fan of kawartha ice cream, they have a selection of hard to find flavours. What else? So much!
