Her JOB is to help people and greet them with a smile. it doesn't matter if she is having a bad day. i go to work all the time when i have a bad day and i do my job properly ( NOT making kids feel like they did something wrong) my brothers knew i was writing this review and he wanted to add his point of view so here it is this is my brothers point of view "we were just waiting for our sister and she looks at us with a stinky look on her face and rudely comments ''are buying some or what'' when my sister said ''no there with me'' she rolled her eyes and she was like" well what ever" and then whispered under her voice something like "you little sh*ts" and it really hurt mine and my brothers feeling. :( so the we walked out the store up set and disappointed " this is the end of my review thank you for reading.

They are given…read morethe power by the City of Kitchener to give parking tickets to people parked in front of their store or on the store property, even if they are customer, parking infractions. They are abusing their power and the City of Kitchener will not do anything about it. For example, if you are a customer and bought something there but leave your car there to go across the road to the washroom, they have the right to ticket you because you've left your car on their property but you are not there. (This was told to me as an example by the by-law person on the phone when I questioned them about it) If you go on Google reviews for this place, you can see other people's reviews about the same issue.

I am now in my 30's and while I no longer live in the area I still come back every now and then. The family owned and run store is the best, and the people are friendly . When I was 10 I tripped over a curb infront of the store and hit my head splitting it open. The owner came out and took me inside and held a towel on my head until I was taken to the hospital. Generally caring people that have been in the community for a long time. While the area has changed a lot and the people in the area are not the same this store and the owners have not changed.
