Even the scraped heels looks better after the damaged areas have been blackened to match the rest of the heels. Will return to Renner's for my future shoe repair needs and recommend them to anyone else!

When I returned them within 30 days, I learned this store only gives store credit, no refunds. The employees were dismissive of my concerns, showed little care about the injury, and one employee even laughed and told me I should shop elsewhere if I didn't like their policy. So rude and unprofessional. This place is just another highway robbery dressed up as a shoe experts. As a long-time customer, I'm very disappointed. I was forced into store credit against my wishes, and this experience has completely broken my trust in the business.

I picked up my packet, and then took some time to take in the store itself. First of all it's a small store, but I really liked that they had a big variety of brands, including Glyder and Hoka, which are both brands I really enjoy. They had a sale going while I was there and items in my size were picked over, but had I known about it and gotten in on the action sooner I think I could have snagged some really great deals. Overall, it's a small store, with great items, and friendly service. I love that it's local, and it's a fantastic option if you are looking to purchase some running shoes and avoid a big box store.

So I decided that night to go back and try it on again to decide for sure and they said it was gone, it wasn't even 24 hours later. The owner of the store helped me this time and told me she could special order it and I asked about returns, since I wasn't sure about it and she said that I could get merchandise credit but they didn't give cash, I said fine because I could find something else to buy. Then she said they were having a trunk show from this designer in 2 weeks so I could wait for that and she wouldn't have to charge me shipping, but when I was looking on their website it said free shipping over 100.00, so it was for their benefit, not mine , another lie they told me. When I tried the dress on at home I decided it wasn't that flattering and I didn't want it, when I tried to take it back the 2 women working ,one of whod had helped me when I bought it, told me there were no returns on special orders, and the owner who had told me when I bought it that I could get store credit now said I could not return it at all. So they lost me permanently as a customer, I don't shop anywhere with such bad customer service and return policies, there are way to many other great stores to choose from, I really didn't even like the store very much it was hard to shop for me and you obviously can't trust what they say.
