I decided to try rockland trust and Jamar was more than happy to help. He had to finish up some things and apologized, though there was no need to as he was doing me the favor! I needed more documents notarized a couple of moments later and the woman who helped me (I believe she was the branch manager) showed the same level of professionalism.
