This delivery carrier is completely incompetent. I've been waiting for a replacement order since early March, and the company has been relying on Uniuni for delivery, which has caused immense frustration. I received a notification that a label was created. Then, a few weeks later, I was informed that "The delivery attempt failed will be returned to the UniUni warehouse. (Contact Failed and Inaccessible)," despite no attempt to contact me. I had no idea it was delivered. I reached out to their customer support to resolve this issue and created a new label to send the package back to my address from their warehouses. I requested that the package be delivered to my apartment's Amazon Locker with a code, since access to the locker requires one. Over the weekend, I received a notification that my package had been delivered, along with photos. The photos clearly show that the delivery instructions were ignored - the package was left outside an unsecured area before the residents' gate, where anyone could pick it up from the street. When I went to retrieve it, it was not there. I searched throughout my building and found no sign of it. I also contacted the leasing office to check if anyone brought it inside, and they confirmed no one had. It was most likely stolen. I'm hesitant to contact Uniuni again, as it seems they haven't followed the delivery instructions. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. I ordered a package for my vacation and it has been out for delivery for the past 8 days. Each time I call customer service I'm told that I have been assigned a new driver and the driver has 48 hours to deliver my package and still today March 4th I have no package. There has been no update on the tracking site. They said they will reach out in 2 hours everyday and I never hear back. It keeps getting better. The latest development in my battle with this horrible company is that I got our building's caretaker to check the video at the entrance to the building. On both occasions when my packages were missing the video clearly shows the delivery person taking his three "proof of delivery" pictures after which he puts the package back in his bag and leaves. Outright theft which I will be reporting to the police. First I notified UniUni though, to give them a chance to do the right thing. They now claim that the package was delivered by a third-party carrier and that I have to deal with the sender, even though their delivery notification clearly stated that my package had been delivered by a UniUni delivery person. They also claim that the tracking number, which they gave me, doesn't work in their system so they can't give me any information. Utterly crooked customer with totally useless customer support. They took their time but after a couple days said they informed Uni Uni. I also put in a ticket, just to make sure. First delivery day Jan 26. I wasn't home, the driver texted me but I was at hospital and didn't get the text until after they left. Four days later, 5 tickets and three phone calls later - NO PACKAGE. The website says they would do second delivery 24-48 hrs later. One of the client care person was trying to tell me that Jan 28 was not 48 hrs later. Their driver has failed to deliver a package in 3 attempts to abuilding that receives thousands of parcels on a weekly basis, they claim they cant get in the building which would be a surprise to the hundreds of people that come and go from the building and the dozens of business that operate out of the building. I then tried calling customer support and was left on hold for over an hour and a half without speaking to a single representative. After submitting another support request, they finally responded but did not provide any information about when my package would be delivered. When they eventually attempted delivery, it was on a weekend. Since I live on a university campus, delivery failed. I reached out again after receiving the failed delivery notice and was placed on hold for another two hours without speaking to anyone. I contacted them multiple times and gave the "Chat bot" my phone number and confirmed my address & gate code. Tried to deliver to the store I work at where I have everything delivered. Supposedly tried at 9pm on Saturday the 24th. Told me I'd need to contact customer service to get it sent back out for delivery, did later that day on the 24th with the store hours Monday-Saturday which were clearly visible on the open sign. Keep being told the delivery was unsuccessful which is impossible because I have worked each of those days myself never late and never closing early! Received notification a Temu package had been delivered. Opened my gate, no package. I looked at the delivery photo and it was not my house. Since the house number was not included in the photo, I had no idea which house they had left it at. Put in a support ticket with them, and received an email that my case was being escalated. When I didn't hear anything back from them, I called the customer service number. The person on the phone, who barely spoke English, told me the case had been escalated and I would hear back from them soon. The next morning I received an email saying my case had been closed. Fortunately Temu was better to deal with and is reshipping my items, minus the ones that are now out of stock. But I will stop using Temu if they don't change to a more reliable delivery carrier. read more

ECMS Express Inc. marked my package as delivery attempted. This scan is inaccurate. I live in a secured building, and no delivery attempt was made. I received no call, no buzzer, and there was no notice left at my door. The carrier simply marked the package as attempted without coming to the building. Now, the package is being returned to the shipper after one alleged failed attempt. Don't use this company and don't use any company that uses this courier as a last mile deliverer. I waited on hold forever yesterday and finally after 45 min I got a gal that sounded like she was in Asia. All she could do is say sorry. Following day nothing. Im thinking maybe its now lost for good but nobody will admit it. I have had some very good deliveries, but this one now is the worst ever. if it really was late because of wrong address why did SOMEONE not ask for the right address???? Drivers all use their cell phones to find us but nobody can can call and ask for the right address. worst delivery experiences. the drivers take pix of the buildings they're supposed to deliver to, in order to prove they 'attempted'. but the doors are open if they showed up at the time they say they did. i get this 'attempted delivery' all the time during regular business hours when i can confirm doors are unlocked, they could walk in, that people are present. either their drivers lie or their phone support staff do, or more than likely, both. i never have issues with other courier/delivery companies to this address, but this one is the worst. happens every time. sometimes the phone support team can be helpful but not all the time. i really wish temu would use other couriers because this one is just awful. i would do zero stars if i could. read more

Apparently unethical outfit; first their driver apparently claimed to have delivered a package (after hours on a weekend) to my address, which is inside of a professional mailing house, which is inside of another coin/stamp collection business, which only accepts parcels during business hours. They claimed proof of delivery via a photo they left of packages sitting on shelving which DOES NOT EXIST AT THAT LOCATION. They also left photos of the outside of the business showing it was after 6pm with the 'Open' sign OFF. Although I left multiple feedback messages on their site, they kept parrotting that their falsified/lying and after hours photos 'proved' that they had delivered it. I also left photos showing that if they had left it outside of the 'COLLECTONS' business which has the mailing house in the interior (behind 2 locked doors), that it was inside of a shopping center complex, and right next to a 4-6 lane highway, and obviously inappropriate to leave any such outside on sidewalk. read more

I work at an apartment complex and these drivers just drop off people's packages wherever they please. Sometimes they will even drop it off in front of the office building late at night and not even bother to find a tenants unit. I constantly have tenants telling me their packages from this carrier never make it to their apartments. And you can't talk to the drivers either, they won't try to talk to you, even when you give them a map to the unit they won't try. read more

There was someone home that day and I can confirm Uni Uni didn't even attempt delivery. Upon my complaint to them, they appeased me by asking me to double check my address which I did and it was indeed CORRECT and they followed back with an email telling me they will re-send my parcel after they "work to assign my parcel to an available route." - as quoted from the email I recieved from them. When the date came for the delivery... yet again, they NEVER ATTEMPTED DELIVERY! and insted returned my order to where I bought it from and now the the money I spent on my order WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO MY CREDIT CARD but is only a credit on my account to use at a later date.
