Now you know the important part I'm not understanding temu's insistence that a lot of what I've ordered lately "can't" be shipped to my postbox- I get big packages from other online retailers delivered there with no problem so why would an item in a medium-sized padded envelope be a problem?! This is their most popular shipping company and if this ridiculousness doesn't stop, I'll quit buying from temu AGAIN and stay away forever I ordered a small usb-chargeable portable personal fan a few weeks ago; it was in a smallish box (4x6x8) and UniUni left it at the front door of the business I live above.. okay, an honest mistake, Chewy did that initially too, but it was easy to contact the shipping co to get it straightened out and now they deliver correctly to the rear of the business where my door is ... and the UniUni delivery person took a picture of the delivery location so I was able to get it before a porch pirate did The fan is actually GREAT so I ordered 2 more for gifting and here's where everything went to hell On Friday (6/19) I got a late-night email saying my package couldn't be delivered because the business was closed ...which was annoying because the previous delivery was left after the business was closed; okay maybe it was a different person who didn't want to leave the package unattended, which is understandable (which could have been avoided if it was sent to my postbox to begin with!) The email said delivery would be attempted the next day (and the business is closed on the weekend) so I made a BIG sign saying for the UniUni person to please bring it to the rear of the building and I put the sign on the front door at 6am Saturday (6/20) So, got another late-night email Saturday night saying they couldn't deliver because the business was closed I left the sign up Late Sunday night.. another email Since the business would be open Monday, I removed the sign around 7:30am By noon.. no delivery.. so I tried to reach out and was forced to deal with an AI who assured me it could connect me with a CS if it couldn't solve my problem.. long story short, it couldn't.. and told me it could NOT connect me with a CS -until I reminded it that it said it could, then I was connected and chatted with a "person" who eventually offered to contact the driver with the "updated" delivery instructions Well... here it is, 8:15pm Monday the 22nd, and I got the expected email about the package being undelivered because the business was closed I had told the "person" that if my package wasn't delivered today that I was going to post the story on every SM platform I could, so here I am... and if it was possible to post with a zero star rating, I would, believe me! Unfortunately, as I and others have pointed out, this is temu's latest preferred shipping company, so I would encourage everyone reading this (and the other reviews) to rethink their decision to buy anything from temu.. 1. The GOOD: At least I can say that their tracking info was more up to date than Pitney Bowes. (My eBay purchase from the UK was shipped to me via special eBay Global Shipping. Both Pitney Bowes and UniUni had a tracking page for the item. I watch these things closely, so that I can get down to our lobby ASAP after an item's arrival, before some grabby hands in our retirement complex get ahold of it. In this case, UniUni showed "Delivered" quite a few minutes after it had actually occurred. (USPS, which all these competitors are supposedly so much "better" than, shows it immediately.) Actually, what made their tracking info even worse . . . and nearly useless, because I might have easily been away from home today . . . was that it never updated from "on the way" to providing a delivery date. And then suddenly, this morning -- WHAMMO! -- it's "out for delivery". 3. The BAD: My valuable item was left in the outer, unlocked lobby, accessible by anyone, and ON THE FLOOR. This tells me that their lazy driver made no effort to ring for help, or to motion to any of the many people normally milling around in the inner lobby . . . any of whom would have gladly let them in. 4. The UGLY: The "delivery confirmation" info, which showed a picture of my item ON THE FLOOR in that OUTER LOBBY, also stated that I, the client, had given "permission to leave it outside". Wow. This delivery carrier is completely incompetent. I've been waiting for a replacement order since early March, and the company has been relying on Uniuni for delivery, which has caused immense frustration. I received a notification that a label was created. Then, a few weeks later, I was informed that "The delivery attempt failed will be returned to the UniUni warehouse. (Contact Failed and Inaccessible)," despite no attempt to contact me. I had no idea it was delivered. I reached out to their customer support to resolve this issue and created a new label to send the package back to my address from their warehouses. I requested that the package be delivered to my apartment's Amazon Locker with a code, since access to the locker requires one. Over the weekend, I received a notification that my package had been delivered, along with photos. The photos clearly show that the delivery instructions were ignored - the package was left outside an unsecured area before the residents' gate, where anyone could pick it up from the street. When I went to retrieve it, it was not there. I searched throughout my building and found no sign of it. I also contacted the leasing office to check if anyone brought it inside, and they confirmed no one had. It was most likely stolen. I'm hesitant to contact Uniuni again, as it seems they haven't followed the delivery instructions. An unbelievably frustrating experience with Uni Uni Support. A Temu parcel was marked as supposedly delivered to my home address. All photos taken by the courier were from OUTSIDE my building. The parcel was never successfully delivered INSIDE my lobby entrance. They took their time but after a couple days said they informed Uni Uni. I also put in a ticket, just to make sure. First delivery day Jan 26. I wasn't home, the driver texted me but I was at hospital and didn't get the text until after they left. Four days later, 5 tickets and three phone calls later - NO PACKAGE. They marked my parcel un-deliverable, stating they made multiple attempts. The address was correct. I contacted them multiple times and gave the "Chat bot" my phone number and confirmed my address & gate code. No one made an attempt to contact me for resolution, only the AI response that a ticket was created. I live outside city limits and believe they just would not deliver to this area. It keeps getting better. The latest development in my battle with this horrible company is that I got our building's caretaker to check the video at the entrance to the building. On both occasions when my packages were missing the video clearly shows the delivery person taking his three "proof of delivery" pictures after which he puts the package back in his bag and leaves. Outright theft which I will be reporting to the police. First I notified UniUni though, to give them a chance to do the right thing. They now claim that the package was delivered by a third-party carrier and that I have to deal with the sender, even though their delivery notification clearly stated that my package had been delivered by a UniUni delivery person. Received notification a Temu package had been delivered. Opened my gate, no package. I looked at the delivery photo and it was not my house. Since the house number was not included in the photo, I had no idea which house they had left it at. Put in a support ticket with them, and received an email that my case was being escalated. When I didn't hear anything back from them, I called the customer service number. The person on the phone, who barely spoke English, told me the case had been escalated and I would hear back from them soon. The next morning I received an email saying my case had been closed. Fortunately Temu was better to deal with and is reshipping my items, minus the ones that are now out of stock. I received no call, no buzzer, and there was no notice left at my door. The carrier simply marked the package as attempted without coming to the building. Apparently unethical outfit; first their driver apparently claimed to have delivered a package (after hours on a weekend) to my address, which is inside of a professional mailing house, which is inside of another coin/stamp collection business, which only accepts parcels during business hours. They claimed proof of delivery via a photo they left of packages sitting on shelving which DOES NOT EXIST AT THAT LOCATION. They also left photos of the outside of the business showing it was after 6pm with the 'Open' sign OFF. Although I left multiple feedback messages on their site, they kept parrotting that their falsified/lying and after hours photos 'proved' that they had delivered it. I also left photos showing that if they had left it outside of the 'COLLECTONS' business which has the mailing house in the interior (behind 2 locked doors), that it was inside of a shopping center complex, and right next to a 4-6 lane highway, and obviously inappropriate to leave any such outside on sidewalk. read more

I work at an apartment complex and these drivers just drop off people's packages wherever they please. Sometimes they will even drop it off in front of the office building late at night and not even bother to find a tenants unit. I constantly have tenants telling me their packages from this carrier never make it to their apartments. And you can't talk to the drivers either, they won't try to talk to you, even when you give them a map to the unit they won't try. read more

This compnay only delivers when they feel like it. I live in a rural area and they did not deliver my parcel and at first lied about it and said it was becuase it was the "wrong address." There was someone home that day and I can confirm Uni Uni didn't even attempt delivery. Upon my complaint to them, they appeased me by asking me to double check my address which I did and it was indeed CORRECT and they followed back with an email telling me they will re-send my parcel after they "work to assign my parcel to an available route." - as quoted from the email I recieved from them. When the date came for the delivery... yet again, they NEVER ATTEMPTED DELIVERY! and insted returned my order to where I bought it from and now the the money I spent on my order WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO MY CREDIT CARD but is only a credit on my account to use at a later date.
