Okay fine. I call head office and tell them to use our concierge desk, they say okay we'll try again tomorrow. Two days later no package. I call Clearly for a tracking number. I input the number of Phantoms website. Order not found. Weird. I call customer service and they say they shipped my package back to Clearly because I wasn't home! Are you kidding me? They are rude, unhelpful, and the only delivery service I know that doesn't know how to use a concierge desk. Avoid at all costs.

Even more, after having chatted with a few of the couriers, it's really clear they are a GOOD company, that treats their employees fairly. Apparently most of the staff have been there for over 10 years - which seems incredible to me for a courier company (think: high turnover industry). Anyhow: my 2 cents.
