Mark spent a lot of time reviewing what he was planning to do and also suggested some additional things he felt might need attention (tires and cleaning up some wiring done by previous owner). Mark shared photos of the before and after for all of the service steps. He researched and recommended what he felt would be the best tires for the bike. I ended up having them done and love what he chose. Mark is a true professional and clearly cares about his customers and their bikes. If your bike needs service, look no further. Gebhard's Cycles is the place. Thank you, Mark. I look forward to doing more business with you!

First off, with inventory the way it is these days, since COVID-19, it's difficult to even find the bike you want locally in stock. They had what I was looking for, and Vincent was able to deliver the bike to me much quicker than expected. (I had some minor color tweaks I wanted before delivery. There were no discounts to be had on the bike because of low availability, but they were able to offer nice discounts on aftermarket parts, with free installation. Any technical questions I had, Vincent was able to provide accurate answers, and he was there to fully explain bike operations and control at delivery. This is a solid dealership, and they're even open on Sundays.

They quickly determined that my bike needed either a new fuel pump or fuel injectors and they would figure out which it needed (or both) and get it running. Then.....crickets. My bike was in their shop for 2 months because they "couldn't get to it". Every time I called, I was told "we'll get to it this week". No excuse or reason for not repairing my bike, just ignoring it. Finally I had enough and said I would come pick up my bike. I made a very straightforward and non-hostile comment on one of their FaceBook posts explaining my issue as they seem to monitor and comment on their posts. My hope was to get contacted to see how this situation could be rectified. Instead, my comment was removed and I was blocked on FB. No one reached out and no attempt was made to figure out what the issue was. Mind you, I have purchased 5 motorcycles from QuakerCity and have all my service done there. I'm a good customer and expect to be treated better than this. Their service department seems to be a mass of confusion and disorganization. Think twice before bringing your bike here for service. I'll just spend my money at Cross Country Cycles instead.

I'm a single-speed city bike rider who wanted to reduce the amount I sweat during my work commute from South Philly to North Philly. The 50cc scooter I purchased is the perfect answer. While I agree with the Philly Scooters guys that I will outgrow this bike, it's the perfect introduction to city scooting. Rich was beyond helpful and extremely patient, especially during my test drive sitting in back and having a slight freak out during my first-ever ride. Sean went beyond expectation. A couple hours after leaving the store, I had a small issue with the scoot. Within minutes, Sean rode over to me, assessed and rectified the situation. Both guys kindly and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Never did I feel like I was asking something stupid or that I was wasting their time. Everyone at Philadelphia Scooters is knowledgeable, friendly and representatives of a quality business. Highly recommended.
