One of the fellas even offered to come tow it for a nominal fee. Sean was very understanding about the need to reschedule and was polite when I finally showed up as promised. They also called me before moving forward with any additional work that was outside of our original discussion, which I really appreciated. My scooter was also available for pickup a day early! If you're looking at a used bike I'm not sure they even bother to put it thru the shop. They may just wipe it down with a wet rag and spray some armor all on the tires and put a top of the range retail price on it. If you buy a new bike remember they add a $895 "destination charge". Also, the service department is always backed up several weeks, so good luck getting an appointment. It's a mixed bag here.
