I also had to print a rush order due to a mistake on my part, and Chris was incredibly sweet and very helpful! I came in with a very scattershot idea of what I wanted for my wedding invitations and Michelle very patiently listened to my thoughts and expertly guided me through choosing paper and figuring out what I wanted more exactly design-wise. (Keep in mind that you can also come in with a print-ready design and they'll print it up for you! I highly, highly recommend their design work though--SO beautiful.) Throughout the design and printing process Michelle kept me updated on every development through email and responded quickly with any questions I had. At one point I thought I might have to make a last minute change, but then realized I didn't, and she very gamely accomodated my waffling, even offering to rush order a new plate for super-cheap if I needed it. The entire process from first meeting to getting the invites in my hands took about 5 weeks, so make sure you give yourself ample time if you're interested in their services. Also--it ain't cheap, but it is so, so worth it. Each invitation is truly a work of art and people have been going nuts over how amazing they look. I cannot recommend Elevated Press highly enough! Such a wonderful resource to have in Ann Arbor.

A real pleasure to work with! Mine was a very small order and all I wanted was a single hoodie for me to wear as a one-person photography business owner. I thought it would be near impossible to find a firm that would actually want to take such a small order. There was nothing in my area of CA so I found this firm in MI. Add to that, that I was very particular about what kind of hoodie I wanted, and I changed my order from a polo shirt and hoodie to eventually just a hoodie, and Danny worked with me every step of the way. He sent me samples for a small fee (the value of one I ended up choosing ended up coming off my printing bill), as the default choice for black hoodies wasn't quite up to my high standards. I found from the selection Danny made available, a really nice, thick American Apparel one, that I tried on and decided I'd like to go ahead with it. The team helped me with the artwork and this was smooth too as I already had a clear idea and a mock-up of what I wanted it to look like. Being able to try it on (not something I expected to be possible, given that I am nowhere near their facility), was huge for me in building trust, given that it was a $140+ order and it probably wouldn't be possible to get a re-do if I didn't like the quality of the hoodie. The printing and the speed of email reply was super, super quick and I couldn't be more impressed with how smoothly everything went. Prices were manageable and I'm just so grateful that they were happy to serve me with my super tiny order.

I found Kolossos online when looking for a place to create a high-resolution scanned image of a…read morepiece of original artwork. Kolossos created the most beautiful scanned image and Hot press print. The size of the original work required that 2 digital images be created then merged. The quality of image produced by this method looked just like the original and perhaps better, since the color was slightly more vivid and they even photo-shopped out a small hole in the paper. I was extremely happy with their work especially for the very reasonable price and fast turnaround time (~1 day!). The high quality service that I received continued with them packaging and shipping my print. I highly recommend Kolossos for their service and quality of work. I intend to return in the future!
