Kambucha capitol!…read more George, the proprietor - who uses his own products, just put in a kambucha bar! Today there was blood orange, ginger, turmeric and another flavor, all awesome. Elderberry is coming next week! Kambucha helps digestion and contributes to a feeling of well-being and relaxation, George says, and my short experience with it agrees. Plus it's just fun to drink. And for me, it seems to help stave off hunger pangs. The flavor is reminiscent of beer, but livelier and somewhat sweeter. And did I mention it's only 40 calories per 8 ounces! Everything Natural Too also has added a bakery counter with gluten-free products - chocolate tarts, apple nut tarts, coconut cookies...a fairly wide selection. I didn't sample because of my diet, but will when I get to target weight! They also carry many brands of supplements and foods, as well as natural soaps and lotions. The manager, Lori, is just as knowledgeable as George and will help you find the right product for your needs. Go local! Go kambucha!

A little hole-in-the-wall gem in downtown NB! It looks like a little convenience store in passing,…read morebut it is absolutely my favorite place to grab a smoothie in the area. The store itself has a lot of self-care products with a large emphasis on herbals and homeopathic medicines. They have soaps, fragrances, vitamins, supplements, face masks, teas, drinks, as well as a good variety of snacks and non-perishable food items. All of the prices are reasonable and the store itself is fun to shop around in. The best part however is the smoothies! Every time I come here, I try to have a different smoothie depending on what I'm feeling that day. All of the ingredients are fresh, and there is no additives or sugars in your drink unless you ask for sugar. You can also customize your drink to some degree if you want to add/remove certain fruits/vegetable. The large runs me just under 6$, but it is WELL WORTH IT! I would come back again and again for these smoothies because of how refreshing and clean they are. Absolutely love this entire place and can't wait to be back :)

So instead of rounding to 55, then charging my card $58.50, they charged me $60 THEN added the $3.50 surcharge. So much for $10 off, and the whole round up shit is bullshit. They actually have suggested I NOT buy some stuff because they told me it was not needed. Even knowing I was ready to dish out money for this, they gave me the best info possible. Their prices are also quite nice. You get 10-20% off daily and the only way you'd save more money is buying online in bulk. The great service makes me want to keep shopping here.
