For 10 minutes today, a white chevy with a v-plow parked in the center of a roadway, blocking through traffic down to a single lane and forcing vehicles to travel into incoming traffic to pass the parked truck... exited his vehicle and walked into the smoke shop, Tabacco Connection. When I say walked, I mean staggered with clinched jaw and and jerky motions... Plastering your business name all over personal actions at one of the more busy stores in Idaho Falls I hope is of great concern to you. The actions of your employee....even though minor were noticed, timed and ensured that I will spend my money with a company that chooses to treat the community and people of Idaho Falls with more decency and respect. His actions saved him seconds as there were available parking spots less than 25 feet away in designated areas of the busy parking lot and cost those he put at risk of accident... their safety, over cigarettes.

Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. I do not think I have ever left a bad review anywhere, but…read moreI am beyond frustrated with this company. I moved here at the end of July and purchased a house with a little pond/waterfall. It was full of algae so I requested that SW come and clean it. I was "on the schedule" but a week later, no one had come. I texted the employee to remind him, and he did come and drain the pond. A month later, I contacted the manager to explain how frustrated I was that Jeremy never came back and filled the pond back up, even though I had texted him a reminder, and his reply was that, "well, we may have Jeremy a bit overbooked." Jeremy did come to fill it. Half full. I texted him yesterday to see if it was broken or could I fill it up. He texted back that he would come look at it. Well, he did come. And he left. No word to me. I went out this morning and the motor to the waterfall was thumping like crazy and no water was moving. I managed to unplug the motor so that it didn't break. I had also asked the manager/owner to put me on the books to have my plants pruned and cut back asap, since I had family visiting. If they couldn't fit me in, no problem, but if they could, I'd appreciate it. That was on Monday. It is now Saturday morning, and no one has every contacted me about taking care of my plants. I hate to leave a negative review. It is not my character, but Seasons West surely does not have customer service in mind. Very sad.

After weeks of trying to get into contact with any one of importance at Merrill landscaping, after being told to do so, and that I would receive "prompt and professional responses", I have yet to receive any call back, or form of communication. I was treated rather poorly, told their upper management was entirely unavailable, and they could not help me. He couldn't do it 2020 because it was too late in the fall, therefore we were next in line in the spring of 2021. Spring comes around and he calls that he could no longer do it because he was "too busy"; therefore he said he was going to recommend us to his friend Omar Bonilla. When I spoke too both Omar and Jorge they both assure me the quote was going to stay the same and the material cost was not going to change. Omar did not install the valves I was quoted for. I was quoted for 8 valves and he only installed 4. I paid for the service and material and the worse of everything I caught Omar giving away the sod that was left over to his friends. Stay away from Omar Bonilla if possible. He lies and and is not trustworthy. Not sure if Omar's company has a name but the invoice I got said Bonilla's Sprinklers. We trusted Jorge's recommendation and it just ended up being a disappointment.
