So, I went with a different company this year. The good news: A Fuller Service came when they said they would; their price ($200ish) for my house seemed reasonable; and their female receiptionist was very friendly. The bads news: First, they are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I called during their business hours at least 8 times over the course of several weeks and never once got to talk to a real person despite pushing "1". Only leaving phone messages worked. Second, when I booked my appointment I was given a window of a couple of weeks for them to contact me with a final date when they would show up. When they did send me the date, it was in a text message and the message errorenously didn't list the date! I called them back to confirm but, you guessed it... phone message. Third, when they showed up the first time they forgot to do the gutters on my garage. That really bugs me, as I specifically mentioned it during booking and the receptionist told me that she left a note in the file. Upon seeing the garage roof gutters dirty, I called to complain but you guessed it... phone message. The did come back after to correct it. So, I dunno. If you don't mind leaving phone messages AND you are home when they arrive so you can point out things they will miss (despite telling them in advance to focus on) the process should be smooth. But I found it frustrating.

Ben had been highly recommended by five other homeowners in our development who had used them to replace roofs. We received a quote which was in line with the other three quotes that we received for the job - but we then asked for an upgrade on the ice and snow barrier, roof membrane, and shingles to increase the warranty. The crew showed up on time, with Guin, to start the project. All were extremely polite and courteous throughout the three days that they were here. They cleared up the property every day, knowing that we have a dog who has to use the back yard. The crew leader and Guin were always available to discuss questions and responded promptly to changes. We've undertaken many home improvement projects over the years, and I have to say that this was the smoothest and easiest project, thanks to these guys. The roof has been in place for 1.5 years now. The house is quieter during storms and I no longer have to worry about leaks. I would highly recommend this company for roof replacement work.

This company damaged my vehicle with their roofing tiles over a year ago and still have failed to…read morepay for the damages. My insurance company has been attempting to settle with them and they fail to respond. I have all of the paperwork showing their neglect as well as photos of the damage. The shady business owner attempted to fix the issue without insurance then refused to agree to the estimate received from the body shop of her choice. I will see this company in court for the money to pay for the damages to my car. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I've tried power washing and cleaning the exterior of my house myself, and the job Matthew did was 100 times better than anything I could have accomplished on my own. He was on time, professional, respectful of our property, and left absolutely no trace that he had been here. We're also on a well, and I really appreciated that he was considerate enough to bring his own water so he wouldn't deplete our well. That was such a thoughtful touch. The last time we had our gutters cleaned, the company left all of the debris from the gutters scattered around the ground. After a torrential downpour where the water was not going through my gutter properly, I called Northeast Seamless Gutters and spoke to Lori. Even though I'm just outside of their geographical range, they agreed to check out my gutters the next day. When Mike checked my gutters, he found three inches of standing water. He did a thorough inspection of my entire gutter system. In the most problematic area, he repitched my gutter, attached it where it had been left unattached, sealed it, repositioned the flashing so that water would be diverted towards my gutter, and removed a vinyl circle that had been left inside my downspout. He also extended another downspout that was too close to my A/C unit, and put a whole new gutter on top of my shed. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Because they did not put a "cricket" on the chimney and put in flashing, the roof started leaking right down our chimney and was gettingliving room rug wet. My husband called and spoke to the owner, and sent him the pictures of the chimney that the chimney expert gave us. He said it would be taken care of in a couple of weeks. They never showed up and now he does not respond to any phone calls or texts. We have had to get estimates from other contractor to get the job done. The roof is under warranty but that wasn't worth the breath they took to lie. Don't use this company. They are all lies and no substance. I am writing to revise this review. Today the son of the company came and took care of the issue. He apologized several times about not getting this done. It turned out to be a miscommunication.
