I have used Vincere industries for different jobs at home with varying degrees of complexity…read more There are several things that I like from Vincere Industries. First of all, they are dependable. Once you reach out to them, they provide an expected timeline, and they stick to it. They are also very quick in their turnaround. One challenge I've found here in the Valley is that you need to call contractors several times before they pickup. This is not the case with Vincere. They are very proactive in reaching out and following-up. Second, their quality of work is excellent. You can really trust that whatever work they are doing for you, it will be a top-notch work. Third, you can trust they are giving you the right quote. I never felt like I was given an insane quote. It always felt like the right price point. Fourth, they really listen to the customer, and make sure they understand their requirements. Once the job is done, they go over it to make sure everything was done properly. Mike deserves a special mention. He really listens to the customer requirements, and goes the extra mile to address them. Whenever there are challenges that arise, he is very articulate in explaining what the problem is, and providing a set of alternatives alongside their tradeoffs. Whenever Mike comes, I can be sure my problem will be fixed in the optimal way. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about AVA Flood Restoration and how grateful we are for their team!…read more On June 29, 2026, a pipe burst in our home in the middle of the night, causing extensive water damage. We initially contacted a local plumbing and restoration company in Corona to repair the pipe and handle the water mitigation. Unfortunately, we quickly lost confidence in their ability to properly manage the situation. Days went by with our drywall and flooring still soaked, and there seemed to be little urgency in getting our house dried out. Concerned about further damage and potential mold growth, we decided to get a second opinion. That's when we called AVA Flood Restoration, and I'm so thankful we did! Within a couple of hours, their team arrived and immediately got to work. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans, began the water removal and drying process, and removed damaged drywall to properly address the moisture and help prevent mold. The difference in their responsiveness, professionalism, and overall approach was night and day. It was such a relief to finally feel like our home was in good hands. What I appreciate most about AVA is that they didn't just handle the water damage cleanup and mitigation; they also took care of the entire reconstruction. Having one company manage everything from the initial flood cleanup to putting our home back together made such a difference. They worked with our insurance company throughout the claim process, kept us informed, and made the reconstruction phase an absolute breeze. They even finished ahead of schedule! Dealing with water damage in your home is stressful enough, and after our initial experience, I was honestly dreading the entire restoration process. AVA completely changed that. Their team was responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting our home back to normal. We are incredibly grateful to AVA Flood Restoration for stepping in when we needed them most and making what could have been a very difficult process so much easier. If you ever need water damage restoration, emergency water mitigation, flood cleanup, or reconstruction, I would recommend AVA without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our home!

As a retired Project Director of capital projects for the power and process inductries and a retired P.E., I wrote up what I wanted to achieve for this project and got 4 quotes for the work. Geneva Builder's was by far the most complete quote. Brandon, the owner, was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. As a matter of fact, he usually anticipated my questions a few days before I needed to ask them. The work went through without a hitch, on budget and ahead of the schedule I wanted. The quality of the work was very good, better than I expected - and I expected a lot. Overall, I feel I got more than I paid for. I'll summarize my Geneva Builder's experience by saying that if I'd had more subcontractor's with Geneva Builder's professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail, my old job as a project director would have been a lot easier. After my recent experience contracting with Geneva Builder, using them for my upcoming home improvement projects is a no-brainer. Why would I look anywhere else? One last point: While I always want to pay less, I feel that Brandon's price was fair and very competitive relative to the other quotes I received, and as mentioned above, I feel I got more than I paid for.
