The butterscotch cookie was fairly chewy and soft, though perhaps a tad too sweet for my taste. Check-in on Yelp and you'll get a free "pastry", so I can't complain too much with a free cookie. With a sandwich, free cookie, and a drink, I paid nearly $10, which wasn't too bad with the cookie. The decor is clean and a bit cutesy, without it inducing a vomiting posture. Like many writers here, the wait time is longer than other equivalent places. Fortunately I didn't have any more pressing matters that day, so I could afford a check on fb...or two checks.

They allowed us to drop off the toppers just days before the party, even though they were clearly very busy. Their flexibility and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free.
