    Artisian Hearth Gourmet Brioche Roll
    Travis B.

Artisian Hearth Gourmet Brioche Rolls: A bun can make or break the perfect burger or sandwich. Artisian Hearth's gourmet brioche rolls are baked at state-of-the-art, quality-controlled bakeries in St. Cloud, MN., Sun Prairie, WI., and Fargo, ND. Before I jump into how they taste, I want to address what a brioche bun or roll actually is. A brioche bun is a rich, slightly sweet, and soft French-style bread. It's made using dough that incorporates butter, milk, and eggs. Those ingredients contribute to the roll's signature golden color, fluffy texture, and buttery flavor. The brioche's high fat (although this product has just 1.5g) and egg content creates a moist and absorbent bun that's perfect for burgers and sandwiches. Artisian Hearth's product tastes like a quintessential brioche roll to me. All of the above qualities seem to be checked off. I absolutely love the thick, fluffy, and pleasantly chewy texture. It doesn't hurt that they are also visually appealing with their golden color. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

So many choices! Everything in the store looked amazing. I couldn't decide what to get. Ended up getting a sausage egg and cheese sandwich, a cinnamon roll, a danish, and some cookies. Everyone loved them. My favorite was the cinnamon roll. Will have to come back to try some of the other items.

Rainy Day Monday....@websterbuffa88 and I were dropping off my Car...so I can get 2 new Tires on it...we were Starving, we ended up going to Hearth Artisan Bread in Plymouth, so much good Breads and Baked Goods too...she got the Egg and Cheese on a Pumpernickel Bagel...she liked it and it was a Big Sandwich...could have split it...but we did not...I got the Western Egg Sandwich with Peppers and Onions on a Poppy Seed Bagel....I loved mine too, nothing wrong with Fresh Bagels at all, definitely want to go back there to try there Baked Goods, excellent Job guys and great place to Eat

Oh boy so.....:Upon entering it seemed as if a father and a daughter were in a tiff with two of the workers-at one point one of the workers referred to the duo as "entitled"- Super off-putting. Then I asked for a breakfast sandwich on a bagel-NOPE! Only served on bread-are you flipping kidding me?! Someone please explain this to me....anyone??Got a bagel with cream cheese and a cinnamon roll-both outstanding and wasn't charged for the cinnamon roll so even better. Please don't talk about customers in front of others and please allow breakfast sandwiches to be served on bagels-then we can up these stars!

100% takeaways. Arguably the best value in pizza in Plymouth. At last check, offering pizza Thursday through Sunday.

Service excellent. Every loaf of bread is hand made, one at a time. The baker loved what he does. Best bread I ever had!

OMG! SERIOUSLY! We were minding our own business leaving Boston after spending a weekend in town…read more On our way back to Cape Cod. Ready for breakfast, I checked Yelp and sure enough, JACKPOT. Little did we know... crispy and fluffy croissants, AMAZING coffee, BEAUTIFUL pastries... THE MOTHERLOAD!!!! The staff is incredible. The breakfast sandwich a thing of the Flintstones dreams! The staff is deliriously magnificent, so proud of their craft! Can't wait to visit the mother ship in Plymouth! And to come back for "brekkie" - because at barely 30 minutes from home well worth the trip. (Of course AFTER tourist season!)

Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, most of the baked goods were gone, and that is what we went there for so we were able to try a ham and cheese croissant and also a chocolate croissant. They were good, I feel like I need another experience to truly be satisfied because it looks like a cool place with Good potential, we wish there were more pastries we could've tried but they were all out. I will have to go back and try a coffee. Prices are a little bit on the high side. There is indoor seating. Service was good. Parking is available in the lot.
